I purchased 3 different varieties of gummies 2-4-23 at ******* Each bag was to have 3 different flavors. Each bag only had two flavors. If that was not bad enough these are the most disgusting tasting gummies I have ever tasted. I actually vomit in less than 10 mins. I paid $2.99 each. I asked for a refund for the 3 bags (2.99 *3 =8.97). I was told no and offered a store credit to the *********** website. I ask to forward to supervisor who could approve a refund. The supervisor said no refund. In my area of Kentucky no food returns at all stores even if the product isn't open and you have your receipt. I can see from the D- Rating and 1.55 out of 5 reviews others are in the same boat as me.Business Response

*We do not have access to retail location purchasing systems and are unable to provide a refund for retail purchases. We offered *** ********* store credit to use on ***********, which she declined.
Additionally, we filed a Quality Assurance Claim for *** ********* due to her stating this product caused an adverse event **********. Our Quality Assurance Team and third party doctor evaluated the claim and came to the conclusion that this incident was isolated.
Due to *** ********* threatening to report us to the BBB and hoping we would be involved in a class action lawsuit, our Legal Team advised us to not engage any further in February.
If *** ********* has changed her mind about wanting store credit and it would make her a happy customer, we will be happy to still honor the store credit offer.

Bought this drink earlier this year at target. After drinking I went to rinse can out, when I poured out what was left in the can, I saw a chunk or brown gelatinous mold like substance. I immediately panicked and called poison control, they said they couldn’t help contact company. Company had no phone number so I had to email. To sum it up I ended having rapid heart rate and it triggered my acid reflux. Eventually they reached out , made me send can with matter. They said they tested the glob and it was an organic matter in manufacturing and offered me 12 pack. Which I refused, I am never drinking or consuming anything from them again. When I went to the target website looking at reviews I noticed some found the same thing. I don’t trust what they’re telling me they found when they tested. It looked like mold. I have since reached out again and no one has been replying because obviously they a company that don’t care about consumers.Business Response

*After examining the material, we have confirmed that it is organic in nature and showed characteristics of carbohydrates, proteins, and fats/oils that are common in many organic materials and food products. We apologize for the inconvenience related to our product.
Additionally, our third-party doctor contacted *** ***** and confirmed that her reaction to the beverage was not serious, as she did not need to seek medical attention.
Alani Nu takes customer satisfaction very seriously. However, once *** ***** threated the Customer Service Team with filing a BBB report, wanting monetary compensation, and getting a lawyer involved, our Legal Team advised us to not engage further.
We would be happy to still honor the store credit offer if it will make *** ***** a happy customer.

*** ******* placed an order on *********** on April 11th. At the time, we were going through fulfillment systems change, so it was taking additional time for our warehouse to process orders.
We communicated with *** ******* that there was a high volume of orders and it will take additional time for the order to ship. Our warehouse processes and packages orders Monday through Friday as quickly as possible.
*** ******* received her original products, along with complimentary merch and samples on April 28th.
We do hope *** ******* will give us another chance, as this is not our normal shipping time.

I purchased a container of pre-workout from this company and was instead shipped a green juice powder. It seemed like an honest mistake so reached out to Support. It has been over a month and I have not received any response or attempt to correct the problem.
This purchase was over $50 and I would like the correct product. I also submitted a review expressing my frustration and it was not posted because it was not positive. This is not an honest company.Business Response

I ordered from Alani Nu on 1.28.23 for $52.12 and received an email on the 31st that my order had shipped and the *** ** tracking number was: ************ it’s now 2.3.23 and my ordered says it’s been fulfilled but *** ** stated that only a label was created and nothing has been handed over to them. I have reached out to customer service via email and only got a generic reply. After looking a bit deeper into this, I realized this is a trend with the company and packages never get handed over to *** ** for delivery. I am not willing to wait months for a delivery that may never show. At this point I will be disputing the charge with my credit card company and I will be expecting a full refund. I am sharing this because like many I have made the mistake of ordering from their website. I am not pleased with their customer service one bit. I placed an order with this company on 10/25/2022 and received a confirmation email the same day. I received another email on 10/26/2022 stating that my order had been shipped and listed the tracking number. It is now October 31st and my order is still sitting in their warehouse and has not been given to ****** I contacted customer service and they stated that although my order is ready to ship that they won't be sending it out until they have a full pallett of orders and to wait for updates on my tracking until 11/10/2022. This is fraudulent business practices to tell your customers their order is shipped when it in fact has not been shipped. Our system provides tracking information to customers once the order is awaiting pickup by our warehouse. *** ***** misunderstood our reply to her when we informed her that all packages are shrink wrapped onto pallets as they await pickup by ****** Once ***** unloads the pallets into their facilities, they sort and scan the packages.
