      I brought to Hannah cleaners location on shelbyville rd. On December 3 sport coats and two paints, both paints are size 34x34 my size.
      When I picked up the items at once I noticed that both pints aren’t mine.
      I informed the agent at once and explained to her that maybe they are similar colors but the make and size is not correct, also I informed her that both paints one is darker tan and has an ink mark in the right leg and is from recreation, the other one is darker gray with silver shade from Canale an Italian made and have coffee spills.
      The agent informed me that they will look for the right paints and collected the charges for all items.
      A week later I went back to check on the status and pick up another patch, the agent told me that they still looking and one of here supervisor will contact me, I was out of state for 21 day and I informed her that they can contact me via email and left my email address.
      Nothing happened till I came a week ago and went to check on the statues of the missing pint.
      But today as she said that she is the supervisor call to inform my that there system and there process show that those two paints are mine, alsip the size of one of them doesn’t match and refuse to file a claim.

      First, while *** ***** was out of town our store manager could not contact him by email as she does not have access to email.  So she waited until his return.  

      As we explained to ** ***** on two occasions by two senior supervisors, we have done extensive research and these pants are indeed the pants he brought to us.  When he looks at his invoice he will notice at the bottom the notes about the coffee stain on the gray pants and the ink stain on the tan pants.   Both stains were successfully removed by the way.  

      We have tried to explain all of this but he is not listening to us.   There is nothing further for us to do.

      As a side note to this complaint, we are not Hannah Cleaners.
