Highland Drycleaners has damaged $1500 of my shirts and doesn't respond to customer complaints.
Over the past several visits to their Lake Forest and Middletown locations, I have noticed that several of my dress shirts have returned with new holes inside or on top of the forearm. This is pretty distressing as these are custom, high-end professional clothing items that I rely on for work.
I reached out to Anne Nash, the owner, multiple times, in addition to the Middletown location, to try to resolve the issues. Anne ignored me, and the store staff never had a manager get involved to resolve my complaint.
This company always professionally cleaned these dress shirts, two of which were less than a year old.

I am sorry you are not satisfied with your experience. You are having a problem in your shirts that is referred to as elbow wear. If you were to put the shirt on and bend your elbow, you will see that this is where all your tears are. This is a result of consumer wear, how often you bend your arm, or rest your elbow on a hard surface, etc. We repaired at least 6 of your shirts. The Lake Forest store did talk to me about it. I told them to keep repairing your elbows at your request. I was unaware you expected a call from me. There is nothing we can do for this but keep repairing your shirts. I apologize if the communication was lax. We do work hard to try to make customers happy. Sorry we fell short for you. But we cannot control elbow wear.
