    Do not take a chance on this vendor. I scheduled and paid for a dumpster that was never delivered. I have tried calling and emailing Liberty Dumpster and they will not answer.

    I ordered a 20ft dumpster was charged $300.. dumpster was dropped off and picked up in two days was 3/4 full if that.. apparently there was a 15 cent per pound charge that I wasn't made aware of.. which resulted in a 700$ added charge.. I've never paid $1000 ever for a dumpster rental and I've rented dumpsters multiple times.. this company is deceptive with their business dealings and they need to be investigated for bad business practices.. i have no way of knowing the weight of dumpster.. horrible business. Taking advantage of customers.

    Dear Better Business Bureau,
    I write to share a complaint against Liberty Dumpster. I recently rented a 20-yard dumpster from this company and was subjected to deceptive business practices.
    During the initial phone conversation, I was quoted a price of $215 for the dumpster rental and a daily rental fee of $20. However, I was not informed about a significant additional fee for the weight of the dumpster's contents. Upon receiving the final bill, I discovered a charge of $300 for a minimum weight of one ton, with additional charges based on the actual weight.
    I believe this practice is highly unethical and misleading. By failing to disclose this additional fee upfront, Liberty Dumpster is intentionally deceiving customers and taking advantage of their trust. It is important to note that there is no transparent method to verify the exact weight of the debris, leaving customers vulnerable to potential overcharging.
    I urge the Better Business Bureau to investigate this matter and take appropriate action against Liberty Dumpster. By exposing such deceptive practices, we can protect consumers from future harm.
