What started out as a good experience ended in disappointment. After losing a coach it began to feel a bit unorganized at no fault of the coaches (I imagine there were not enough coaches for the amount of classes that were being held). I made the decision to pause my membership and train for a half marathon to give the gym time to hire another coach. I sent a request to the owner to pause my membership on 9/7. On 9/12 I was charged and I addressed the fact that I was charged again on 9/12 and requested again to pause my membership. I was charged again on 9/19. At this point I requested to pause my membership for the third time and to be reimbursed for 9/12 and 9/19. I was told by the owner that he would "fix that now". I was once again charged on 9/26 and had still not been reimbursed for the 9/12 and 9/19 dates. At this point I became very frustrated and requested to cancel my membership and requested again to be reimbursed for now three separate charges. During this entire encounter I had attempted to contact the owner by phone, which was never answered. The voicemail stated to send an email therefore I emailed the owner as well. When requests were made to talk by phone I was told I would have to schedule a time to do so and was sent a link. I was then reminded by email of the 30-day cancellation policy and was told the cancellation would total $176. I had already been charged $132 since requesting to cancel and the owner stated the additional $44 would be waived. I agreed to this as at this point I wanted to be done with the situation. I completed the exit form on the same date this agreement was made (9/27). I was again charged on 10/3. I once again attempted to call the owner, messaged the co-owner, and emailed the owner. On 10/4 I received an email that the charge from 10/3 was reversed which I can't yet confirm/deny. I am now having to cancel my card to ensure I do not have to continue dealing with this. This was such a disappointing end to this experience.
