    Lewis Door was at our home twenty minutes after contacting them. The spring broke and the technician John was very knowledgeable,courteous & professional. You as a company in whole are the BEST..!!!

    Although the guys were a little late, the weather was miserable and they still replaced my old garage door with it's old style side springs with a new door and torsion spring. They were conscientious, focused on the job, and cleaned up after they were done.

    Trying to set up an appointment on line wasn’t successful. However, once I called their number, I was set up with someone that very same day. He was running late but still came out even past 6 pm. Trent was very good at communicating every detail about the options we would need to consider and which of those options would work best with our needs and situation. We were given a quote that night. It was a very easy and pleasant experience.
