      Horrible company that plays with people's life i haven't been available to see my meds either online or phone app for weeks. I call every day ive reset my passwords etc still nothing i have a oeder i placed 7 days ago and still no meds every time you call them they seem to be rude arrogant ignorant etc half of their staff doesn't speak much English and even the ones that do do not know how to fix the problem iam disabled diabetic and have a bad infection on my leg i have meds that they haven't processed yet that can help they seem not ro care between the diabetes and infection i could loose my leg they just don't care .i can't wait to opt out of this pharmacy they are horrible no management and humana doest care thats their parent company for my medical insurance. Please don't use centerwell pharmacy not worth it .i rate them negative 10000000 stars

      This company steals from hard working families. They pre-approved an orthodontic claim then refused to pay. I have been on the phone for a total of five hours not to mention the many times my orthodontist called to rectify the situation with no help. Thieves.

      Would leave zero stars but I cannot. I am 61 years old and have been diagnosed with low testosterone as a matter of fact it's one of the lowest readings it was 100 and my free testosterone was 10. First my doctor called in a prescription for testosterone it was denied of course by Humana that's what they do. Then they asked for a review they called me to ask if I know how to self inject what to use what my dosage is ETC they said everything was fine if we have any other questions we'll ask your doctor well denied again. Doctor called in told him why he's prescribing it etc denied again. Went through an appeals process lost the appeal
      What is wrong with you effing people that's right I'm using bad language now because the other doesn't requests that I have that have been denied are really ******* me off so today I am switching out of Humana people I've been here before do not use this insurance company I beg of you

      They are rude when calling them. I moved and lost my proair and I will have for them and told her I will to her I will pay that,SO RUDE! I HAVE BEEN ASTHMATIC SINCE I WAS BORN.this an emergency ,I could die

      Horrible. It may be inexpensive but it is useless. You will have to fight against them every step. They don't care about you but sure love your money.

      A man is horrible on their prescription medication coverage even when you meet your out of pocket price they still overcharge compared to any other company. Their coverage for procedures is also horrible stay clear of Humana.

      My wife and I were on the give back plan,We recieved our medicare cards in the mail.Then a couple days layer Humana agent tells we dont have that plan and dont get the benifits we told we were

      I signed up for Humana Supplemental insurance in December of 2024. In early January 2025 they sent an e-mail saying that they would not cover anything from Trinity Health due to a contract dispute. Trinity has two hospitals in my area both of which are the closest hospitals to my home. Had I known that I never would have chosen Humana. Then I found out that it only applied to Trinity Advantage plans. O.K. felt good about that as it was past the date to change insurers. Until last week when I went to an oncology doctor as I have breast cancer. They told me that I may or may not have to pay out of pocket as they would not take ANY Humana product. That is a big problem as I am retired and Social Security is my only income and god only knows what my surgery and reconstruction will cost. The Trinity web site still says the problem is with the Advantage plan. I dread calling the customer service phone number because you wait forever then have to speak to someone who can't speak English. Choose an other insurance provider!

      Worst Medicare Advantage PPO.
      They take 14 business days to review a claim instead of 14 calendar days like every other medicare plan essentially delaying care and messing with the doctors authorization & scheduling staff by making request for additional information on day 13 of the review hoping the doctors staff won't drop everything they are doing to get that information by close of business.
      Which results in a 3 week delay in getting a pain relieving procedure.
      Humans's response to that is 'you should take more of your tramadol'.

      Humana Dental agent took $45.00 processing fee, paid $12.99 dental plan. Got ID card nothing else, rq benefits package never got it. Licensed Agent said dentist was in network and showed Modern Dentistry on my dental plan as, HDMO plan. Went to dentist presented the insurance card I paid for. Got letter 3 months later Humana claims that dentist was not contracted with them that the dentist contact was not renewed when dentist did my crown. So, I was was to pay the balance. When I rq proof of insurance and how did the dentist submit a claim to you and My Modern Dentistry account shows my dental plan and the dentist picture and name listed as general dentistry in my account. They just say sorry, your out of network, and I am responsible for knowing if I am in network. I explained that I contacted supervisor at Humana Dental named Valerie and she said that Modern Dentistry has a contract with Humana. But she cannot get the call to go through. I told her Modern Dentistry said there in Network with Humana Dental. I call customer service numerous times with Humana Dental one agent would say wrong city street for dental office. Another agent say that claim was denied because they looked up the dentist tax id number. This was 3 months later. The licensed Agent said I could use my dental plan at the beginning of February 2025. Health profession in my opinion isn't doing there job for people it's for the money. Pay me now and I will send you a worthless piece of plastic. Bill you later amount $5500.00 for a crown that will only last 5 years. That's ultimately what the offer is. And, that's what happened.
