      This is the third time I've used Bryant in the last three months - once for a HVAC repair, another for an electrical inspection, and again for two plumbing repairs. All three visits were great - making an appointment over the phone or online is easy. Good communication prior to arrival by calling or texting to let you know they are on their way. Showed up on time, every time. Each professional clearly explained what he found and how he proposed to fix it, and gave a clear and accurate estimate that was reasonable for the job. All work was performed promptly and professionally. Charlie B. did my plumbing repairs and was great to work with. I've used several plumbing and HVAC repair companies over the years, including another major provider in Lexington. I'll be using Bryant going forward. Strongly recommended.

      Just moved into our home alittle over a month ago , within a week of eachother , our A/C unit and water heater completely went out . We called Bryant heating and cooling , Larry Hibbard was dispatched to our home to give us a estimate and helped us to finance. He arrived to our home within the hour of the call being made . He explained every little detail and answered every question we had. Larry went above and beyond for us and i am so grateful. A team was sent out to fix our A/C unit the same day ! The team who came to our home was absolutely wonderful and made sure everything was done correctly and precisely. i would highly recommend this team ,Larry and the company to everyone .

      I purchased a Carrier heating/cooling unit in 2020. 10 year warranty. Bryant installed. Motor died. Bryant came and assessed. I was told that if another company performed the repair, it would VOID MY WARRANTY. What they did not say, was that it would VOID a Bryant warranty (for labor, which they say had expired). I could have had another company complete the Warranty work since my Warranty was through Carrier not Bryant. DAVID FOSTER, GM, was rude, lied about the above and the cost. He stated that there was NO charge. I asked for his Supervisor and he became belligerent and nasty. I DO NOT RECOMMEND BRYANT HEATING, COOLING, PLUMBING ELECTRICAL and I had used them for years. NO LONGER.

      We apologize you were not satisfied with the service you received. If you have a labor warranty and use another company, it could void that labor warranty, but the parts warranty is through Carrier and would not be voided. If there is anything we can do to earn your business back, please let us know.

      Tony came on time, had a phone call 15 minutes ahead of arrival! Was polite and explained the service and price before starting work. We have an older home and I was very happy that he knew what he was doing. I would recommend them to my family.
