    Fischer does great with the sales and design but fall way short post construction. I had a roof leak in the 1st year and had to wait more than 3 months for them to send the roofer back to complete the repair. I am still waiting for the painters to stain block and repaint the huge water stain on my ceiling the roof leak made.
    The painters sprayed the house next to us on a very windy day and of course the overspray got on our house. I have been waiting almost 5 months for them to come and repaint the wall. Finally yesterday the painters came and did a horrible job and in fact made it look worse. Of course the construction manager would not answer my call. Pre-construction was good but post construction is bad. I would not use them again!

    I purchased my house built by Fischer Homes in Bridle Run in September of 2021. During my 3 month repair request, I submitted a request to repair the landscaping/grading on the side yard and front corner of my house. Water was pooling next to the front corner of my house causing a mortar joint to disintegrate in the foundation of that area. My 3 month repair request was in December 2021 so Fischer Homes promised to perform the repair "in the spring of 2022". In the spring of 2022, the grading was addressed in the back area of my side yard but the front corner was not addressed and the pooling and drainage issues continued. I reached out to the Field Manager via text, email and phone call multiple times. He even walked over the property with me. I was told, again, they would get to fixing the issue when they could.
    My 1 year repair request was submitted in September of 2022. The walkthrough with the same Field Manager was done in October. He pointed out that they might not get to fixing the drainage issue until the spring because "of the weather".
    In April of this year, the Field Manager showed up with the landscaper to discuss what needed to be done. I was, again, informed that there is a backlog of landscaping that needs to be resolved and they would "get to it when the weather permits." Over a month has passed and the weather in April was very dry so rain cannot be blamed. I have emailed Fischer Homes 2x since beginning of April requesting remediation ASAP without response.
    This isn't the only issue I have encountered. I recently discovered a crack in my foundation and reported it to Fischer Homes Warranty as there is a Foundation Warranty included in the purchase. They sent the same Field Manager who reported the crack was a non-issue and needed to be "filled and sealed". I hired a Structural Engineer to check it out and he reported it was due to improper drainage and a missing Gutter Diverter. As my 1 year warranty has passed, I must pay to repair myself.
