      My home was built in October 2019. Coming up on 3 years in the home and it is still not under warranty, I have had unresolved issues, especially with the flooring. There are high floor joists in the home under the sub-floor causing my LVDT flooring to buckle and squeak. I paid a lot of money for this flooring that should have been fixed before it was laid down. I am going on my 5th superintendent in 2 years. It appears management needs an overhaul. Taylor needs to get out here and resolve my issues so we can place it under warranty or I'll need to proceed with litigation.
