      I never write reviews but I am on this one. I had a claim and it was denied , I was not happy about it , there was a grey area on exactly what part had failed on me. After going back to them and having them review they reversed the decision seeing that it really was a covered item. I feel like this company has a lot of integrity and am happy with the service.

      Fast service and fast reimbursement! When I woke up I realized the blower was broken on my HVAC unit -which meant the heat wasn't working. Since I have a HomeMembership home warranty I was able to call someone and have it replaced by lunchtime. I submitted my receipt, and they will reimburse me for the repair. I love that I can use my own service providers and schedule the repair ASAP! Plus, I know exactly what's covered based on the coverage chat. I highly recommend HomeMembership if you need a home warranty.
