I had to get 4 shots between 3 ppl bc the first 2 couldn't get any blood. The 2nd person blew one of my veins. It took about an hr to finally get blood to flow. I had wait for results before they could proceed to the next step to see if I had an infection.Once I got my results, they did a CT scan. In the process of this, an old lady with a "50/50 chance of living was on her way here" as I quote nurse Mary coming in telling me that I'm going to have to wait for anything else. By this time it is now about 11:00pm or so. They happen to put the lady in the room beside me and was asking her if she wanted to get put on a ventilator because she was having problems breathing. She said, "no." then was asked if she was going to die, would she want to get put on it and she said yes after they asked her at least 3 times. She couldn't breathe so as they were putting her on a ventilator, a nurse told her, "Think about the beach, it's all over from here." The lady was in her 60s and dealing with COPD. I was being chill because it was life or death, but they violated her privacy by exposing her personal business aloud. So about 1am I was ready to leave. No one was checking on me or letting me know the results to my CT scan. I had to wait on those results to see if I needed a MRI. Now at 1:30am I remove my IV from my arm, the blood pressure wrap from my other arm, and the thing they tape to my finger to check oxygen. Once I put my clothes back on, I gave them 5 mins to come in the room and they didn't so I left. On top of all of this, by my breast keep leaking fluid, I had to keep changing my gauze while I'm in the hospital gown open in the front. Of course I was keeping myself covered, but they kept leaving my room curtain slightly open. And to make it even more awkward for me, instead of nurses/Dr's going to the room beside me by going directly into their room, they were coming into my room, not saying anything to me and going to their room through the split curtain between us.
