      I started getting emails in April about a debt collection to Gould’s Medical Discount and I’ve never even heard of the company until then. They claim I have an account with them but I definitely don’t, didn’t even know it was a Louisville based company. I checked the account of the debt collection, It has my Indiana address spelled incorrectly and I wouldn’t use the address they attempted to spell for a Louisville location. I would use my Louisville address. I don’t know how they got my information or how they were able to get some random collection in my name but I don’t want them contacting me again about this. I don’t what kind of scam they’re running but I want no part in it

      On January 16 I went to ******* *** ****** **** because I fell on the ice and my wrist was swollen and painful. They took Xray and found the wrist bone was broken and suggested I go to my orthopedic Dr. They gave me a flexible Velcro soft cast before leaving. It did not fit well so it was of little use to me. One month later I received a $30 bill from Gould Medical Discount for the soft cast which I paid. After several more weeks I received an additional $125 bill for the soft cast. This was reduced from $250 they submitted to my insurance company. I priced the same soft cast on ****** for $25. After several attempts to reason with Gould Medical Discount I called my insurance company. They told the bill that Goulds submitted to them said it was a cast that I ordered and it was sent to my house. Insurance company said that I should have never been billed for this soft cast that I received from the ****** **** facility. I believe Goulds is trying to defraud my insurance company by saying it was a product they sent to my house.

      They keep emailing claiming I owe $184.78, when I have never used them whatsoever. They claim that my bill got sent to collections, but when I check my collections records they are nowhere to be found. Seems like a scam.

      I have called numerous times about this, I’ve sent copies of the canceled check (front and back) and sent an email with a copy of the sent. I get robo calls about twice a week and now I have been charged a $15 late fee. I just want them to go away

      I have received an invoice from adapt health, GOULD’ S discount medical. This is the first bill I have received from the company. It does not show a summary of any charges made, insurance claim filed, nor identification of the item for which I’m BILLED. This is the first time I have received a claim that looks like the one I have which I did not recognize as a legitimate invoice. I don’t know whether this is a real invoice or someone scamming an older person. The invoice just says past due March 18 2025 identified by the invoice number I have given youbelow and the date March 18 2025. I have ordered equip pro remote from GOULDS for several years and the purchases have always been paid by Medicare. I would like to know whether this is a invoice. I would like to have a copy of the claim filed and or paid I would like to know if this is a legitimate business claim.

      I have been using Goulds for 4 years for Cpap supplies, this year my insurance had changed. I call and told them, first I was told that didn’t accept my insurance, and then I was told that they did that it was worded differently. That should have been a red flag, but I don’t know insurance. Come to find out they lie didn’t accept it now im stuck with a bill that they sent to collections. I have called about this matter so many times with nothing but the run around and being hung up on.

      Received oxygen equipment from this company some time ago, which was never used. They were asked to pick it up and make excuse after excuse. After offering to take the equipment to them, they refused. Remove this equipment immediately. Hopefully, this won't require legal action of some kind.

      Goulds delivered a shower chair to me in my hospital room. I am 71, had cancer surgically removed from my tongue and throat, in hospital for 1 month. Representative ***** did not demonstrate its use. He was quick to have me pay, and he left quickly. When I arrived home 1 day later from 30 days in the hospital, my neighbor tried to get the chair to fit my tub. It would not fit correctly. I called Goulds and explained my situation, also that I live alone and my left hand is in a cast. Goulds refused to send a Representative to help show how to remedy the situation. They told me to watch a video. I told them that I had use of only one hand, and using my cell was difficult. Goulds refused to take the un-used, 2 day new chair back???

      January 2024, my doctor authorizes a new **** ******* for my obstructive sleep apnea, I noticed the machine wasn’t new and start giving me problems from first use, 7/5/2024 the pump stopped working and start giving a fluctuating pressure, my pressure was determined to be 11.5. I called adapthealth after an hour of waiting and transferring I got someone to talk to me she wasn’t friendly and asked me bring the machine, I took the machine to the front desk, after waiting the front desk representative called me a different name, and put the machine on and said the machine is functioning okay although the pressure was fluctuating continuously between 1 to 11 but she couldn’t realize that because of incompetence or she doesn’t want to help me, claiming it was a hose leak after several minutes of attempting to show here the problem she refused to address the issue, told me you have to buy a new machine, and let me go, feeling like a fool, I have to start using my old machine for my obstructive sleep apnea condition. Obevousley *********** collectected the full price from the insurance comapny
      This is unfair treatment and asking to help me exchange the machine with a reliable one. Thank You.

      I am rejecting this response because: I am asking to replace a defective machine still less than one year in use, you need to accept the return of your machine and check it out.  This is unprecedented to have a defective machine under warranty and still refuse to replace it.  In short the product you offer harmed me due to malfunction and I am using my old machine, I hold your company the responsibility of any harm that will affect my health.
