Terrible. I’m paying $589 for a Mitsubishi. Everybody is rude. The customer service is rude. The person that sits at the desk and answer a phone. The manager is even rude hung up the phone after we got in a yelling match.

Mr. M******* We are sorry you are upset with your Mitsubishi purchase from Commonwealth Dodge RAM. The banks set the rates which determine your payment. However, you did have a battery go bad after your purchase and we reimbursed the amount you had paid for it. Thank you again for your purchase! Sincerely, Howard Kearschner, General Manager

i WENT TO COMMONWEALTH DODGE, WITH MY GRANDAUGHTER TO PURCHASE A CAR, SHE WORKS AT FORD, AND IT IS A LONG DISTANCE, AND THEY WERE CLOSE, AND i GAVE HER ARIDE, BECAUSE SHE WAS IN A WRECK, AND NEEDED, TRANSPORTATATION. HER CREDIT WAS LOW AND TEY ASKED ME IF i WOULD CO SIGN, THE 2ND PERSOND THAT WORKED ON THE CONTRACK, AFTER LEAVING, AND KNOWING MY GRAND DAUGHTER HAD A LOWER RATE, I STARTED RECEVING BILLS AND PAPERWORK FROM THE BANK, I CONTACKED THE BANK, I ASKED THEM WHY WERE THEY SENDING ME PAPERWORK, I WAS JUST THE CO SIGNER, THEY TOLD ME MA"AM YOU ARE THE OWNER OF THE VEHICLE, THE PAPERS, MR.BUTCH WROTE UP, AS THE PERSO THAT PURCHASED THE CAR. THIS IS WRONG, I NEVER EVER SAID, I WANTED TO BUY A CAR, AND THE FIRST MAN THAT STARTED THE PAPERWORK LEFT, IT WAS LIKE A SCAM MOVIE, EVERYTIME I CALL THE OWNER BILLY *****.

Well first off the experience was terrible, I came because my check engine light came on and I did everything before hand to take care of it before I brought it up there, I just needed them to get the check engine light off and I know it’s only 2 possible reasons on why it would stay on. Made me basically get a new motor because they didn’t want me coming back up there and when I finally came and got my car the oil change due popped back up when I just spent $5000 that I didn’t really have for something to still pop up
