Van was brought in to be fixed. Van sometimes dies out while driving.  Will start backup after sits for a while sometimes 20 to 30 minutes.  I was told replace EVAP Bypass solenoid valve, replace alternator and battery and wheel speed sensors would fix van it did not.

      Good afternoon,
*** ******* originally came in 12/05/2024.  Customer stated
vehicle had been sitting for a long period of time and would not start.
Informed customer of an alternator issue along with multiple other issues found
during the inspection.  The alternator is the cause of the car shutting
down when driving.  *** ******* returned on 01/28/2025 to have alternator
installed, along with some other chosen items from our estimate.   We
informed *** ******* that the alternator was discontinued through Honda.
We priced out an aftermarket alternator as a solution, but informed *** *******
because of none OE parts, the repairs would come with only a parts only
warranty.  We proceeded with the repair.  Customer came back in
02/19/2025 with the same issue.  Once again, it was a bad
alternator.  Because of  the quality of none OE parts, informed
customer this is likely to keep occurring.  As a good faith gesture, we
did a good will on labor and replaced another alternator.  All that said,
we are actively trying to work toward a resolution with *** *******.
      Thanks,
      ******* *********

We wanted to sell our 2019 Ford Fusion Hybrid. Via email, Wyler offered $14200 and if a nice car as much as $14600. Dealer must get you in before they can beat you down. Ultimately, they offered $13800 even though they did say it was a nice car. We know we did not have to accept the offer, that is not the point. It is the lies to get us into the Dealership is our complaint. The sale was made on May 8 and we were told the check would be there by the 14th, also a lie. The check didn't come until the 17th.

I purchased a 2023 CRV Hybrid from Jeff Wyler Honda Auto Mall (5244 Dixie Hwy
Louisville, KY 40216) in March 2023. Being out of state, Alabama sales tax was applied to the new vehicle sales agreement. However, the dealership overcharged on the Alabama sales tax and registration, and I realized this when I completed the vehicle registration/title in Alabama. After months of calls and messages with Jeff Wyler Honda, the dealership still has not responded to the sales tax overcharge and refund of the sales tax overcharge.

I purchased a 2022 **** ****** from this company on Aug 27, 2022. I have yet to receive a title or tags for my vehicle. They issued me another temp tag, after many phone calls and messages, after the initial temp tags had expired. I need the title so I can finance my bronco, but I am not getting any answers from the dealership.
