      this place is an absolute nightmare. Had the car for 7 months and have only been able to use it for 4. It’s been in the shop and had needed multiple repairs. THEY EVEN DUCT TAPED A BRAKE LIGHT AND GAVE IT TO US IN THAT CONDITION. What a disappointment. Don’t bother trying to talk to manager as they get very aggravated and passable aggressive and are no help. KEVIN, JEN, RYAN. Please refrain from choosing a car from this nightmare.

      All of the reviews mirror my experience with this dealership. I bought a 2022 Rav 4 from the Clarksville location and it was like dealing with scam artists. I should have walked out but didn’t and it took 4 months to receive the title and many trips and phone calls there and in Texas to get plates and a title. I am a senior citizen and they fooled me. I’ve never seen anything like the incompetence at this place. I have the car but won’t be back there. I wouldn’t even give a one star unless if I had a choice.

      SCAMMERS- MILITARY BEWARE
      My 23 year old son that is in the KY ARNG was in the market to buy a car and went to Jeff Wyler in May 2023. He found a car that he liked 2023 Honda Civic. After 6 hours of being there and them taking their sweet time we were finally on our way. During the 6 hours of us being there, the salesman made small talk and asked questions, and interacted with us. During this time my son told him that he is in the ARNG and that he works in UPS and we live in Hardin county. The salesman then said oh man the traffic must be crazy going back and forth to Louisville from Hardin county. My son replied and stated that sometimes when traffic gets crazy he stays at his brothers house in Indiana. So as we got closer to making the deal, my son put almost $7000 in down payment and i brought up the fact that he is in the National Guard and that he is exempt for the VUT tax exemption. He lives in Hardin county, he has a KY driver license and he is in the KY ARNG, at that time, the salesman stated that he spoke to the GM and he told him we couldnt do that because my son stated he sometimes stays in Indiana, and that would be fraud. So we went back and forth and stated that we are not able to that. So i believed him, but in my heart I knew that he was lying to us. After they told us we don't have to worry about the tags and everything will be taken care of and that the tags will be sent to his brothers address in Indiana which didn't make sense, my son needed a car bad due to his old car breaking down. Almost 4 months later we still didn't have our tags then they send him a letter that he had to pay an additional Indiana tax after they fraudulently charged him for taxes, tags, at Indiana 7% rate now he had to pay additional $300 to Indiana before getting his tags. I called numerous times to speak with them, been to the dealership and have text and no one will return my call as they know they scammed him and will not return anything to us. Theyscammedus

      Don't go there. I bought a truck in May and still have not received a title for it. They gave me numerous temporary tags and eventually a metal dealer tag. They informed me that they don't have a title for it because the previous owner hasn't paid taxes on the truck. Dealership has not made any efforts to resolve the situation or even keep me updated on anything.

      I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS. I found a truck on auto trader from them for 21k, worked with them through email. When the final proposal finally came through, it had an added charge of 2500 for wheel locks, a storage crate and floor mats. Really? 2500$? Then they raised the the price another 2k. But if I looked at Autotrader, it said 23k, their website said 22k. I finally got a response from them about the truck, telling me they sold it this morning. So between when they closed at 6 on Saturday and opened at 9 on Monday, they sold it? How is that possible? If this is how they do business, I’m glad I didn’t buy from them.
