      I had a really great customer service experience today at Sonic Electronix! FedEx sent the original box back to me that I was sending back as a return. After speaking to JP who was very helpful and professional; I was able to get a new label, and send it back with FedEx. I definitely will buy from Sonic Electronix again in the future!

      I purchased a subwoofer and wrong one was sent out And needed the product within 2 days. JP was able to help me out and get a new one sent out in time. Great customer service from JP

      Honey from customer service assisted me with my order after it was delivered and a few an items I ordered was short. She help with the process on getting it corrected. Really appreciated her quick response on getting the remaining items shipped out. Thank you Honey for your great service !

      I bought a car stereo from Sonic Electronics and they are a great company top to bottom. In a world where post sale support is not easy to come by, this is the exception! They take time with their customers to make sure they are happy with their purchases. I had a clerical issue and their office support person Honey, was able to unwind a complication with my order and in a short period of time. Thanks for yhe great service, I’ll be back.
