      We ordered 2 pizzas and waited 1.5 hours only to find out that the delivery driver just left without delivering the pizza. We had to call the manager and he apologized and said he would make 2 new ones. We had to wait another 1.5 hours to find out it was on the way. Now it supposed to be here at 840pm. We ordered it at 530 pm for dinner. Supposedly the trouble is with door dash drivers. That will be the last time that we will be ordering from papa johns. Horrible customer service.

      This complaint is on Papa Johns store #0399 824 N. Main St. Blacksburg VA 24060. On 8/13/2024 at 1:54 p.m. we spoke with Grace. We pre-paid over the phone for lunch to be delivered to our customer, on 8/14/2024 at 12:00 p.m. We asked for a receipt to be emailed to us for our records and Grace said they cannot do that we would need to go in the store to get the receipt. We gave a specific address, date and time for it to be delivered to their office. We received two calls that afternoon from the store to confirm the delivery date, address and time to be delivered they also said we can come by to get a receipt that it was printed and ready for when we want to come by to pick it up. We gave them the address twice with the instructions. The Manager Tony did not follow instructions and delivered it to our mowing crew that was mowing their property. He yelled from his car on the side of the road for the crew to come and get the food. The got off their mowers and got the food. The mowing crew proceed to contact us to see what they need to do with it. Our mowing crew delivered the food to our client not Papa Johns. We pre-paid for the order and gave Tony a $10.00 tip. He did not do the delivery when we contacted him to discuss the issue. He cussed out the Office Manager and hung up the phone. Tony also double charged our credit card for the order and tip. When we sent our Manager over to the store location to get a receipt and try to get the charge corrected he also was very rude to our Manager and refused to give a receipt and would not credit our credit card back for the over charges. He also contacted the Police for no reason. The Police questioned our Manager and another witness and found no reason to be even called. The witness said that our Manager was not rude at all and Tony was acting unacceptable rude and unprofessional. This store is terrible and fraudulent.

      Their delivery is a bait and switch. You order a Papa John’s pizza on the papa John’s app but door dash delivers. This isn’t indicated anywhere in the ordering process.
      If you get a cold, soggy pizza 90 minutes late, Papa John’s will refuse to take responsibility, will lie about fixing the issue and won’t give you contact information for Doir Dash.

      I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service and treatment I have received from the Papa John's location at Chimney Rock. This is my third complaint, and regrettably, the issue has yet to be resolved.
      Firstly, I have experienced consistent rudeness from the staff, particularly the manager. Despite my efforts to address my concerns through proper channels, I have been met with dismissiveness and an utter lack of professionalism. It is unacceptable to be treated with such disrespect, especially when attempting to resolve a legitimate complaint.
      My initial grievance stemmed from receiving an undercooked chicken pizza. Instead of addressing the issue appropriately, the manager chose to argue with me, insisting that the chicken was not frozen. Regardless of the state of the chicken prior to preparation, the fact remains that the pizza was not cooked to standard, and my feedback should have been acknowledged and acted upon. I want to emphasize that my primary concern is not the reimbursement in the form of a store credit. I am deeply troubled by the lack of accountability and professionalism exhibited by the staff at the Chimney Rock location. Given the nature of the food industry, it is alarming to consider the potential risks associated with continued patronage, particularly when encountering such blatant disregard for customer satisfaction. I refuse to compromise the safety of myself or my family over a mere pizza. If the staff members are allowed to display such hostility over the phone without consequence, it raises serious questions about their integrity and the overall safety of the establishment.

      I scheduled a pizza delivery order for an office event on 5.6.24 to be delivered at 11:30am. 11:45am - phoned the store (Papa John’s Store 5907 Beltline Road Suite 111 - Dallas, TX 75254 and automation said delivery 11:57am - nothing arrived phoned 12pm automation said deliver 12:15pm..I then phoned again and asked if I could speak to the manager..he (Carter) said he was the manager and did not care if I complained about him -he was the only one in the store and there was nothing he could do...I told him that was not my fault I have an event. I then told him I was going to contact Corporate about his lack of customer service - Carter's reply,, **** off ***** do what you want. This was not acceptable - I did contact Corporate and filed a complaint and waiting to hear back - I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH PAPA JOHNS AGAIN - you need to train your people better...everyone has a bad day - do not take it out on customers.

      Waist of time to complain. No resolution . I am having trouble getting a refund from Pappa John’s on the Westside if Indianapolis. I received a text tha the Gluten Free Pizza was ready. When I arrived to pickup I was told they couldn’t make it .An alternative was offered. But no alternative GF opitions I requested a refund told that it would take 3days. I have called the store 3x . Spoke to Michell and Precious manager never in. This has been on going since 11/18/23. I was told by Precious on 11/25/23 that refund was processed. I have called Pappa John’s corporate twice and still no refund. I believe that the store lied and did not want to follow precautions needed to make the pizza . They were busy . This store has stolen from me. I want my refund as promised and deserved I did not receive the item that I purchased

      The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. The store manager was extremely rude to my wife and then the delivery driver told us that she warned him that my wife was a “*****. We contacted the regional manager Jonathan about the issue and he would not so much as refund our money. His solution was for us to commit credit card fraud by contacting our credit card company and and telling them that we did not place the charge.

      Never in my life have I been disrespected and humiliated the way that I was at the store on Bristol highway in Johnson City Tennessee shame on anyone who raised them very unprofessional childish definitely does not need a management job.. have no morals or values they lie to the local authorities just cannot believe how unprofessional and how they let someone like that run their business just blows my mind.

      I and my husband were poorly treated and lied on by a papa John’s near our home regarding an order issue. I reached out to papa John’s customer service. Was told the regional manager would reach out. Never did I reach back out to customer service was told my case was closed and no further action would be taken. They pretty much sided with their employees over the customer, didn’t even bother to ask us what was said or make right on their unprofessional employees. I am also pregnant which caused more stress in how I was yelled at. Oh to top it off I have a ring camera that disputes all of they false claims.

      Going on a whole week no callback about me getting my refund you hire workers that lie about making deliveries and taking orders to bullshit all day not having wont buy another trash pizza from papa johns give me my money back you have some nerve to lie about a status of a order ???????
