    Used Window World in 2018 to replace all windows in my home. Was pleased with all aspects of that transaction (Price, Product and Install). Now, in 2024 I called Window World to get a quote on replacing the doors at my same home. The same salesman who I purchased the windows from, showed up to work up a quote for the new doors. At the same time I had him look at one window that has a defect, that I'd like to get replaced. He took down the Serial # of the window and left saying he'd "get back with me tomorrow on the door quote and info for the window warranty". That was over a month ago. I thought I had a good relationship with this salesman and this company (no arguments, not bad phone calls etc). The salesman doesn't respond to text messages or phone calls, unless I call from an unknown number to him. When I call the office, they say they'll have someone get in touch with me, which doesn't happen either. At this point they've lost my business and my recommendation to others. I would like them to standby their window warranty though, and will pursue as needed. The only logical reason for the total turn around in business ethics with Window World Kentuckiana, is a change in ownership between 2018 and 2024.

    We had all windows in our home replaced. We have not been happy since they were installed. Price quoted changed when supervisor came to close the deal. We were supposed to have interest free financing, which did not happen. First winter with new windows - leaks galore! We called and the install tech came back out who told us the windows were defective and needed replacement. Then we get a call from the office that there was nothing wrong with the windows. We send photos of gaps where upper and lower windows meet, missing weather strip, etc. No response. Now, this winter, same problem. Gaps, materials coming apart, no response from WW or their corporate office. Poor product, poor customer service, bad experience. We regret the entire decision as our old windows didn't leak as much as these do!

    To be fair, I'm sure skilled installers are VERY hard to get today. We have been waiting for a while to get our siding fixed. Well today it was fixed 100% and looks great. The guys were very professional, cleaned up afterwards, and now our siding looks like it should. Window World stood behind their product and got everything corrected. Hopefully they keep these guys as they know what they are doing. Thanks Window World for putting up with us!
