Extremely rude customer service. My daughter applied to an apartment owned by this business. I was her guarantor. The day after she applied we were told the property was sold and another company will handle our application. So we were told by an employee that our money would be refunded. It’s been over a month since we were told it had been mailed. I called and spoke to the supposed property manager whom was extremely rude and unprofessional. I was told her name was Chrystal. After her laughing and saying ‘oh you must be having a bad day’ very sarcastically, she continued to laugh and hung up. Prior to her hang up I told her mail should not take but a few days and her response was, while laughing ‘I don't know how baby, but ever since covid mail takes weeks ha ha ha’ . Not at all the way anyone should run a business ever! Yet, we 30 days out and still waiting on a check the we were told three different responses for when it was mailed.

I checked with the billing team and leasing team, please see response below. All funds have been returned, these were non-refundable application fees that we refunded because of the property being sold and under new management and ownership.
The checks were written on 9/5, Karisma T******* and Monica C***, at that time we were told that they would pick up the checks from the office. On 9/9 Vanessa emailed saying they wanted it mailed instead and they were mailed out that day. One of them called for an update on 9/17 because they hadn't received it yet.
Karisma T******* cashed her check (#6240) on 9/26 and Monica C*** (#6239) cashed hers on 9/30 total amount of $80.Review fromMatt T

They always get to my repairs or any other issues in a very timely manner. The latest one was the very next day. The work is always done by professionals who treat me with respect and don't leave a mess behind. I couldn't be more pleased with them.LREI Property Management, LLC

Very new with LREI, a superb company! In a short time they have demonstrated efficiency, a proactive
mindset and a really personable staff.
So far, I dealt with Regina, Abe and Muhammad. All 3 have been outstanding and should be emulated by all of the employees!
