  Above and beyond with Francisco total gentleman! Respectful kind and caring person. Helped this mom and her son get into a great apt . Made sure we are safe secure and happy . But not only that he took time out of his day to help me and my son feel welcome in the neighborhood and made sure everything was working right and I've seen this man go out of his way for tenants been there for years or a fresh blood like myself feel the same love . If I was a property owner I would totally hire this company because everyone here is amazing . From the boss lady to the boss man . They all are treated equally !

  Great place descent neighborhood. Also Francois made it worth my while. He cared to listen to everything I had to ask and say. His help was immeasurable. I had other options but knowing I’d be able to deal with someone like him when it comes to anything was the game changer for me. Do yourself a favor and ask for Francois amazing service. He told me we’d get the same great service either way but he made it a comfortable ordeal and got a few a laughs out of me to boot. Great job guys. My tour went well. I can’t wait to be part of the community.

  I had the pleasure of Renting with LREI, and I couldn't be more impressed with the professionalism and attention to detail.   If you own a house and want these people to manage it, think again. Poor communication, poor customer service, poor quality on repairs. I owned a house and let them manage it. Multiple times I was told one thing about a repair and it ended up being something totally different. Their statements are confusing and even one of their own employees had to check if I owed them or they owed me. I cannot rightly recommend this service at anytime.

  We have managed your property since 2019 with no tenant turnover and no loss of rents. The repairs that you are referencing was done to an existing floor that was installed incorrectly. LREI did not do the initial install on this floor. We had to complete repairs so it would pass Section 8, after the repairs were completed they were inspected by code enforcement and we passed inspection. We also passed 3 other Section 8 annual inspections. When the long term resident recently moved out you wanted us to charge back the resident for damages that were caused by the condition and age of the plumbing in the property. We do care about our owners and their properties as well as our residents. We have copies of maintenance records, pictures of our flooring repair, and Section 8 records. We are not able to control the condition of the property at the time it was turned over to management.
  You came to our office without notice or an appointment wanting to settle your account. You spoke with an employee that does not handle owner accounts your point of contact Grace or Regina would have had everything ready for you if we aware you were coming. We utilize a well known Property Management Software that several other Property Management Companies use. We are always willing to set up a meeting to review your owner statement to answer any additional questions. We may not be able to answer every call that comes in as we are often in meetings or on other calls assisting other clients. That is why we request a specific time for meetings. I have audited various calls where you were less than polite to my employees. If we were able to give you a review it would be one star as well.

  How can someone take money out of a dead woman account? My aunt passed away in December 22nd and we were told that we had be out by the end of December 31ST. Everything is on video along with the written envelope at the time the keys were dropped off. We are now waiting on a deposit to be returned and illegal late fees charged on my aunt’s account. Thank God the bank stop the stealing withdrawal for January payment. Did I mentioned mold throughout the apartment? Trust me if we have to go to court everything is on video! Don’t bother to call the office, no answer and no return calls! Watch your bank Statements!

  Hello, I am sorry to hear about your Aunts passing. Can you please provide information so that we can look into this on our end. We need the address of the apartment and in order for us to release any information we will need to verify that we can provide information. Please provide the number you are calling from and the number that you tried calling, all of our calls are recorded and time stamped. I want to make sure we look into why you were not able to get through. If there was an automatic payment set up it was set up previously by your aunt. The bank should have stopped all withdrawals on the account if your aunt was deceased we do not stop or start payments without permission from resident. If she passed on the 22, she may not have been moved out in the system yet to stop payments. We always provide at minimum a 30-day notice to vacate a property if there is a death. Again we need information so we can verify property information and resident information. We may also need documentation that gives you rights for us to release information.
