Just bought the 8 piece family meal deal * ***** ****** ** ******* **. The entire meal was not fit to eat and went in the trash. Wasn't worth 31 cents let alone $31.Business Response

11/6/22 MYSELF AND COWORKERS ORDERED FROM THE NAPPANEE STORE IN ELKHART INDIANA FIRST THE ORDER WAS WRONG THE FOOD WAS COLD IT WAS DRY DID NOT LOOK GOOD LOOKED LIKE THAT FAKE FOOD USED FOR PROPS WAS GIVEN SOMETHING THAT I DIDNT ORDER INSTEAD OF WHAT I ASKED FOR AND THE PLATTERS SALMON AND SHRIMP TASTED HORRIBLE WE WERE SO DISAPPOINTED TO THE POINT THAT ONE THREW UP THE FOOD IM SO SO HURT ABOUT THE QUALITY OF PRODUCT AND SERVICE

10-16-22 ********************* Road store, I don't know the store number. I wasn't given a receipt. I first drove up about 11:30. The two employees outside told me the manager hadn't showed up and it could be 2 hours before food would be available. I called about 12:30 and he said it would be about 30 minutes. I called back and asked if they were open and asked if I could order on the phone. He said I could only use the drive thru or on line. I ordered online, a family 8 piece fish, two Cole slaws, hush puppies, an extra piece of fish and a order of clams to be picked up at 1:24. I got there and the doors are closed. The signs read to come in for online orders. I got in the drive thru line and asked to wait. I got to the window and was told it wasn't ready and ask to wait behind the store. My order came out 15 minutes later and was given to the wrong car. They brought it back to the back door of the store and after several people went through the bags and then brought to me, I ask for it to be remade. He said he would and I waited. They brought out what I thought was my order but it wasn't complete. I ask for the other items, sides and extra fish and clams, and tarter sauce. The clams were under the Cole slaw, no hush puppies, no sauce. A new employee arrived and I begged for my last item, hush puppies and sauce. He brought it out but said they were out of sauce. Next one of the employees came out to berate me over getting two orders or hush puppies which I didn't get. I was never so angry. 50 minutes of waiting for my online order. And when I got home I had chicken mixed in with the 8 piece of fish I ordered. Only got 5 fish with 3 chicken. The put two $5 vouchers in the bag and I was given two pieces of cheese cake that I didn't order.
I love Long John Silver's fish. I can't believe they work out of the back door of this store! Other cars came and waited. Some were served, some left after waiting a long while. I don't understand how this is usual business.Business Response

I had the worst experience at the **** ***** LSJ. The cashier ****** was very rude and unprofessional. This location staffs the worst, rude, unprofessional managers and employees. The dirve thru can not handle 1 car, and there is always a long wait for unfresh food. Today pushed me too far with how i was treated. i ordered a hamburger fries and drink. they were out of ***** machine is broken. I get home to find cheese on the burger. my fault i should have checked knowing how they usually forget something, put a topping on that was not supposed to be on or give a wrong item or the horribly cooked stale food. I call and the manager clearly does not care. he said i can come back but i had to put ** **** back in her car seat, drive 10 min, hate rodi road, 1 car in front of me ordered half the menu, then i get to the window and there is ****** with her attitude she did not want the cheese burger back or to see it. I was treated so bad and I am beyond ******. The new burger was burnt and dry, pickles so hard and the fries were reheated soggy and fishy tasting. the iced tea ice melted. The meal was rang in right, made wrong, no *****, rude ghetto unprofessional service every time. There was a good crew here not too long ago. I do not know if **** was the manager or not but he said you can come back but i can't drive you the burger which it is my time, gas, effort , wait in a line now , treated so bad to not enjoy the bad food. I do not wish for him to contact me you can have whoever is above him contact me. This is why no one goes there i do not know how they are hanging on but someone needs to clean up this location. i would be a happy customer if they had polite employees, nice managers, clean food service and preperation and accurate orders. i have had witnessed managers here be very ghetto. it is ashame because it is another fast food option that i rarely choose because of this. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved only if in addition to them contacting me they provide me with the $25 gift card.I am not sure what department will contact me to address my concerns or if it will be resolved.A district manager contacted me only to make excuses and down play the issues while only offering a refund which is nothing for my time, frustration and effort to get simple meal. I hope someone above or different than her gets in touch to make it right or as I requested a gift card for my bad experiences, time, gas, missing food and how i was treated and i want to add i find out the ingredients on the website may not be accurate for the restaurant and there are certain ingredients i do not eat.
