      On 7/31/22, I placed an order through the app for the ********** ** **** ****** **** ** ********. The app was giving me error messages originally saying the number was incorrect when I tried to place the order and leaving my food in the basket and no order was shown being placed. I eventually clicked to use another credit card and the order went through. I went to pickup that order and gave them my name and they went to hand me the same order twice. I explained that I only placed one order. I wouldn’t order the same exact food twice in a row and didn’t need a double order. I asked for them to cancel one and refund me for the canceled order. They told me they would not refund me and I had to deal with it in the app. They offered no suggestions or help and told me I needed to leave because they had other customers and I should take the order “just in case”. I refused the second order and I was forced to leave without a refund or any type or resolution or help from the store.

      On July 26th 2022 I placed a mobile order on the app for the location *** * **** **** **** ** order ****** and never received my order I waited 2 hours but the location manager said they never received the order from their end now I’m sitting here with my gift card balance used and no food. Today it updated to ready to pickup but the location manager told me it was probably a glitch because they never made any order with that amount. So now I want to demand a refund to the gift card since I never received anything and just wasted time. The order total was $32.68 and gift card ending in **** was the payment method.

      Someone hacked my Taco Bell account and placed an order in the amount of $46.49 at a Taco Bell located at *** ****** ******, ******** *******. When I received the notification, I called that Taco Bell location immediately to tell them not to fulfill the order. The employees answered and started laughing and mocking me on the phone and hung up. They didn’t answer my calls thereafter and the order was picked up. I disputed it with my bank and they are handling it. It was so unprofessional and disturbing the way they treated someone in distress. I feel like I should receive some sort of credit or gift card for spending 2 hours on the phone with the bank to resolve this. It’s sad that their app isn’t secure and their employees don’t seem to care about fraudulent orders.

      I placed a mobile order (#******) for pickup on 7-12-22. Before I went to the store (**** *** *** *** *****) to pick up my order, I needed to cancel it. However, the app would not let me cancel the order! When I contacted the Taco Bell location (Store #******), they said they don't give refunds for mobile orders and I would have to fill out the online form because I ordered through the app. I don't think it's fair that Taco Bell gets to keep my $16.19 when I never received my order.

      I called Taco Bell customer service (**************) on 7-15-22 at 12pm and gave the gentleman all of this info, but nobody has gotten back to me in over 10 days.

      My order was split between a Gift Card and my Credit Card that I have on file with the app. Here are the details of the payment:

      Gift Card ending in: 8623 - $13.17
      Credit Card ending in: **** - $3.02

      Please let me know what steps I need to take to get a refund! Thank you!

      Visited ***/Taco Bell location located at ***** ******** ** ** ********* ** ***** on 07/17/2022 at approximately 835pm. My receipt ticket number was **** and my total was $18.24. I paid using my **** debit card ending in 15638. I ordered a popcorn chicken combo, 3 soft tacos and crunch wrap supreme. I am requesting a full refund in the amount of $18.24 be put back on my card used for the purchase mentioned above for the following reasons... I walked to the store from a nearby hotel at 8pm. Arrived to location at 835pm. A worker rudely shut door on me and locked it. I was able to get his attention and stated that the sign on door said lobby closed at 9pm so why was he locking door at 835pm. He rudely opened the door again and said I could come in but had to be fast. He was very rude and was smoking a cigarette right by the doorway to restaurant. I placed my order and the cashier couldn't figure out how to work the card machine at register. After that was sorted, I got my food. The taco bell portion had zero meat on any item. My popcorn chicken was old and the carton only a third full. Every soda at the fountain was old and all tasted terrible. I started to complain but the staff could not even comprehend what I was saying. This was my 3rd issue at this location in 3 months. I come here whenever work sends me to town. I will Not be back. My previous two complaints went unanswered but this one was major and I am demanding a refund and response. Please help and thanks for your time and understanding of my frustrations.

      On July 15th at about 9:30 pm, I attempted to place an order with the Taco Bell app. As I’ve discovered on more than one occasion, the app will sometimes choose a store that is NOT the closest by to send the order to, and unless you double check and change it yourself, it’ll send your order to that store upon purchase. This happened to me twice in a row on the evening in question, with the app sending my orders to the same faraway store. Once I corrected this in the app, in my haste to make a third order, I made a mistake in choosing a certain menu item. However, upon checking with the staff at the store, I was too late to cancel the order and they were unable to help me from their end. In total, I’m down $20.86 for three orders which I never received. Considering how something similar has happened to me before with the very same app and it took over a month to receive a refund, I’m hoping that I can get my money back much sooner than that.

      On June 2, 2022, I placed a late night (10:07 pm) order via the Taco Bell app. When my son went to pick up the order, the restaurant was dark and employees chatting in the parking lot said to cancel the order. I canceled the order once he arrived home empty handed. My credit card was never charged. However, I used a gift card balance for the majority of my $22.81 order. It had $14.70 on it prior to this. When I check the gift card balance, it's still sitting at $0. I have made email inquiries to the company without response or resolution. Customer Experience Specialist ******* asked for more information via email on 6/28 but has not responded to the refund request. The amount on the card exceeds the maximum allotted for a cash refund.

      I made a purchase at the Taco Bell on **** ******** **** **** ******* ** on June 30, 2022. I contacted Taco Bell through the app at Contact Us and have yet to receive a response. I ordered a Crunchwrap supreme and there was no meat in it. It was mostly lettuce. Very disappointing. This location has been going downhill for a while now. But $7.89 for no meat is ridiculous.
