      Friday night close to midnight, June 27, 2025, I ordered in the drive thru at Taco Bell @ 7402 Washington Ave, Ocean Springs, MS. My order was wrong. My friend who paid for the food called up there to let them know there were items missing from our order and told them what they were. She let them know what I drive so they’d know it was me when I got there. I pulled up in the drive-thru told them I was here to get my order straight and a lady really got on the speaker and asked for my name. I gave her my name and my friends name and informed her my friend just got off the phone with them about our order. The lady yelled and cussed and disagreed and told me nobody called up there and that I was making this up just to get free food and was cussing and yelling at me. She said my friend probably called the wrong store. I that to the window and explained it’s irrelevant what store my friend accidentally called because our food was from here and they were the ones who prepared our order. She then threatened to call the police on me and caused my 6 year old to cry. She said I was lying and I was just trying to get free food. I called my friend. She came up there. They gave her notrouble and fixed her order and they still called the police on me and I did nothing wrong. I didn’t even have a bad attitude to begin with this lady. I only yelled back at her when she yelled at me and made my daughter cry, but I left before the police got there but I saw them pulling in as I was leaving. I don’t appreciate how I was treated. She needs to be fired. it was a ***** ***** with short hair in her 20s or 30s. I don’t know her name. But she was the only woman working there at that time that night with two other ***** guys.

      Subject: Urgent Complaint Regarding Disturbing Experience at Old National Hwy Taco Bell (June 26, 2025 – 10:20 PM)

      Dear Taco Bell Customer Service,

      I am writing to express my deep concern and frustration following a disturbing experience at your Old National Hwy location in College Park, GA, on June 26, 2025, at approximately 10:20 PM.

      I had placed a ******** order and went through the drive-thru to pick it up, as I’ve done without issue at other Taco Bell locations. However, I was told I had to come inside to retrieve my order, which already felt unusual and concerning given the hour and the condition of the surrounding area.

      When I entered the restaurant, I was immediately met with hostility. The employees were aggressive, used foul language, and created an atmosphere that made me feel unsafe and deeply disrespected. One male employee stated, “See who I work for—I don’t care about this job,” while others, including female employees, laughed and joined in the mocking.

      To make matters worse, I was subjected to racially charged comments and slurs that left me feeling targeted and deeply uncomfortable. As a white customer, I believe I was discriminated against. The language used and the employees' collective behavior strongly suggest racial bias and a complete disregard for professional conduct or customer service.

      This kind of treatment is completely unacceptable and goes against the values of respect and inclusion that Taco Bell claims to uphold. I strongly urge you to conduct a thorough investigation of this incident, review the conduct of the employees involved, and take swift corrective action. The District Manager should be made aware immediately.

      I expect a timely response regarding what actions will be taken to address this matter. No customer should ever be made to feel unsafe, disrespected, or discriminated against—especially while simply trying to pick up a meal.

      Yesterday (06/25/2025) I ordered food for delivery using the Taco Bell app. The order total was $23.14 and the order number was 991795. When the order arrived it was missing over half the order. I thought I might have gotten the wrong order but the receipt had the entire order listed correctly. My guess is that the order had 2 bags and I was mistakenly only given 1 of them.

      I went back to the Taco Bell app and reported the issue. After submitting the “help” form thru the app I was only given a $5 coupon for a future order. So my order was missing over $15 in items and getting a $5 coupon is supposed to “make things right”? I could understand getting the coupon along with a refund but just the coupon is ridiculous.

      I am in Cleveland to undergo treatment for pancreatic cancer. I just had surgery and because of my medications I can’t drive. Having food delivered is my only option so I ended up not having enough to eat last night.

      On 6/20 i was called in to work a night shift for one of my employees. I stopped by Taco Bell located 11799. 13 mile rd warren Mi 48093 . After I paid.
      And waited 15 minutes for my turn to receive my food. I was told me by the manager that their fryer went down. And we are restarting it, and if I can wait fifteen minutes, I said, no problem.
      When I got to my work, I opened the bag. My entire order was not cooked. Besides the chicken, the fries and the chalupas was not even cooked nor fried. Including my fries were soggy .
      I contacted the store and was told by the manager. If I can drive back to the location and give them the bag for replacement, I was unabled do to being stuck at work as my shift started.
      If you would have seen that food that i received, you would not even feed it to an animal.
      I ended up contacting uber eats to deliver me food since that food was disgusting and it was thrown in the garbage.
      My order was $20, but by the time my shift was over. I had to spend add an additional twenty five dollars for food from another fast food company.
      The decision that was handled was very unprofessional, and basically took my money.
      I requested a full refund, i was told that he cannot refund me.

      This Taco Bell is charging for more than advertised. Went through today and chat charged me double the price. When I told them that the sign was advertising something different, they said they’re was nothing they could do about it and didn’t refund me any portion of what they charged me for.

      I reached out to taco bell 6/1. Where their automated system responded saying they would be in touch shortly. 2 weeks later and no contact. My order was completely messed up in so many ways. Wrong drinks, missing items, cold food, etc. It was ridiculous. I just want a refund for the ruined food. Or a gift card for the amount plus something for the terrible customer service that has seemed to follow.

      Ordered thru Uber eats, Taco Bell started running out of food, and I was throwing anything in the bag instead of just canceling the order. So when I get home I realized none of my order was correct. Called back the manager claimed his ceo told them to steal our money and to give us whatever replacement the please! I told him I wanted a refund, this is after waiting around 1.5 hrs for my order, that I had to pick up, then the manager tells me to come pick it then when I get there he said he can’t give me my money and take it up with uber, then lied and called the police on me, they told me it’s civil and to take it to court! My order should have been cancelled! This company is thieves!

      5/20 @7:21pm entered the 7720 Airport Blvd Mobile, AL store ordered and paid * *****. Mgr called me to the counter and said she could not give us food or drinks because ths payment didnt make it from the kiosk to the kitchen. I showed where the exact amount was deducted from my card by her store for the correct amount. My card was confident that if I had a complaint to contact the Mgr. Ive called the 800# 5 times and they acknowledge owing a refund but say that because it was made on the kiosk the reg mgr has todo it. That she would call within 3 days, called back they said the same. 3 days came and went. I called irate again and it was handled the same way. Called the store. Tanisha told me that she would have the reg Mgr call me. I walked in the store. The org Mgr argued more inspire of my receipt showing it was taken out. The regional Mgr finally came in the store and I showed the receipt to which the reg Mgr seemed to not want to accept. She said she had to call her boss. They are stealing from me and m, kids and left my kids that were celebrating my son's excellent achievements after graduation of Jr high without enough money to eat anywhere else

      I live in union, sc, and they had freshly opened a Taco Bell store. I decided on may 21,2025 to go to this Taco Bell store and order our supper. When we walked in, it was total chaos!! The kiosk wasn’t working and the employees were scrambling to get food out. We ended up waiting for over an hour for our food. This is supposed to be a fast food restaurant. That’s not fast at all. Since then, I’ve filed several complaints thru email and by phone about our experience. Not one response from anyone at their corporate level or lower. They’ve always told me that they’d get back to me within three days. I even sent several emails to their ceo to have the same result. Not a single response. I find it totally appalling and rude to not be able to reach out to someone to get an issue resolved quickly. It’s been over two weeks with no results. My theory is, no customers, no money, no profits, no jobs. Evidently they don’t care about our feedback and our issues so they can try to make our store experiences a little better.

      At 12:56 am on June 2, 2025, I was alone at the Taco Bell drive through. I requested my order through the intercom. I drove to the spot for pick up and payment. I paid and received my order. I was placing my change I received from my order in my wallet. I was given a number of bills which were all wrinkled. I attempting to straighten the bills out when this Taco Bell Employee rudely open the drive through window and abruptly told me to pull forward. The total time was less than a minute. There was no other customers in back of my vehicle or at the entire drive through at the time. I thought this Taco Bell Employee looked at me like I was a boy instead of a 71 years old black man. I felt very belittled. I want this Taco Bell Employee fired or seriously reprimanded for acting the way he did to me. I am not looking just for an apology. I demand Taco Bell take action.
