I ordered online to pick up an order. I ordered a full rack of ribs and some sides.
My ribs, first of all seems to have come from a miniature. They was burned, hard meat and charred like they had charcoal cooked in it. My order wasn’t on time, and they sent me a text saying they could find me, although I was in the curb side lot and no one actually came out while I was there. I never seen a rack of ribs that small in my life, especially since I paid over $22.00 for themTexas Roadhouse

I went to Texas Roadhouse on 6/16/25, while we waiting to order, we noticed a roach crawling all over our booth. My daughter was trying to sit in the table because it was going all over and was scared. Once the waiter came, we informed him of the situation and got rid of it. The waiter was very apologetic and nice to us, once we notified him that we no longer wanted to dine in. He said he was contacting his manager to comp our drinks since we had barely received them and hadn’t drink them. I want to thank the waiter for being nice and trying to do the right thing. Once, the manager came to us. She was very nonchalant stating we requested a manager, I went ahead and stated the issue. She said she will contact the pest control and since there nothing else said, I did stated I just want to leave even if I have to pay the drinks. Which, I paid for the drinks and left with my family. I made a order to go .I got home my chicken fried steak was nothing but burnt crust. And the ribs were so over cooked they were like jerky. I told them about it. I sent pictures proving it. And nothing. They just didn't care. I've been eating there for over twenty years. I see now how they treat loyal customers. I'll never go back, I do hope you never go back, yes sooner or later this is where happen to you I'm not going to give me nothing better to take some moneyTexas Roadhouse

The food was awful tasted spoiled and overcooked. My friend treated me to dinner. I told her I could not eat the food. Had a funny taste and smell. Shortly afterwards I felt sick. Threw up the next morning. After leaving the restaurant I was unable to eat or drink without feeling nauseous. I am currently trying to find out if I have food poisoning. I was directed to leave the restaurant by the owner because the owner told me I called my server "it". I never called my server "it". The assistant manager came to my table to berate and scold me, then she went to get the owner who came to my table to do the same. Again, I never called my server "it". A runner told the management that I had when in fact I had not. I was treated poorly. This was a a horrible experience. This was at the Boynton Beach location.Texas Roadhouse

1 starThis has to be the worst customer service my family and I received on May 21 2025 around 9:15 PM. This was, without exaggeration, the worst customer service experience I have ever experienced.
Upon entering your restaurant with my family of three, we were immediately told by the host that there were no available tables and that there would be a wait. The host then proceeded to speak with the manager to see if we could be accommodated.
While we were standing directly in front of the manager, she spoke only to the host and asked, in a dismissive manner, "do they need a table table?" She did not acknowledge us at any point. Despite the host indicating that we did need a table (and noting that we had our two year old with us), we were informed that there would be a 15 to 20-minute wait and they close at 10. We obviously knew what time the facility closed. We clearly heard this entire exchange.
Due to this unwelcoming initial interaction, we decided to place a to-go order instead. However, when we approached the designated area and requested menus, the staff member there dismissed us without assistance, so we ultimately left without ordering anything.
What was particularly upsetting was that as we were leaving, a party of two white individuals entered the restaurant and were immediately seated. As a mixed-race family, this left us feeling deeply disgusted and discriminated against.
Having worked in the restaurant industry for over 20 years, I was shocked and disappointed to witness this type of behavior from such a well-known chain. This experience was truly disheartening, and I would never want anyone else to feel this way, especially when simply trying to enjoy a family dinner after a long week.

Recently ordered Togo from Texas Roadhouse in macon GA on Riverside Drive. We ordered two meals ate the food and within 24hrs my girlfriend was sick. We called and was told we would be reached out to. Here it is 4 days after and she still doesn’t feel well. We called and asked what could be done. I was told by Angie Melina which is apart of the Texas Roadhouse risk managements team that we can’t be issued a refund even though it’s only been 4 days, she also told us that my girlfriend could’ve gotten sick anywhere and that she can’t help me and can only give me a gift card. I don’t want to eat there anymore after the experience so why would a gift card to the same restaurant suffice. There was no apology from anyone and my girlfriend is still sick. Terrible customer service, these people will gladly take your money and send you out with food that’s not cooked up to standard. Then blame it on the customer. Unacceptable and this isn’t over with one bit.Texas Roadhouse

As a preface, all my interactions with the various restaurant staff I have ever dealt with at any Texas Roadhouse has always been positive. The issue I did have recently was I had purchased an e-gift card early on Mother's Day as that is where my mom wanted to go. I didn't think anything more of it until I went to pay at the Shakopee, MN restaurant after our meal hours later.
I could not seem to find the gift card anywhere. Restaurant staff tried their best to help me for like an hour but said it looked like I never received my gift card. So I ended up paying for the meal. Later that night, I finally received my email with the gift card- hours and hours later. I then wrote an email the Texas Roadhouse Service Desk saying that I was very unhappy with this situation and that I wanted my money back... or certainly at the very least, some sort of credit for all the hassle their system caused.
The response was "Hi, Thank you for contacting us here at Texas Roadhouse. Our gift cards are not refundable and all sales are final. We are sorry for the inconvenience but they can be re gifted and never expire. I hope this helps!" And my Relations ticket was closed as "Resolved." ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE. This is my first step and but WILL NOT be my last on this issue. It truly is a pity if I have to go scorched Earth on this now since the actual restaurants are not the problem. I am far more unhappy than I was before. I certainly hope Texas Roadhouse makes this situation right.Texas Roadhouse

Our experience was one that I'll never forget. We went to this location on Mother's Day! I got a text from Texas Roadhouse that said" Texas Roadhouse VIP: Happy Mom'a Day! Join our Waitlist online or through our Mobile App to skip the wait and make Mom's day legendary! I downloaded the app and signed up. I downloaded the APP and signed in. However, when I got there I was told I had a 1 1/2 wait. I went to the car to get the phone and I showed her what it said. She said, "They would text me when I was ready". I told her that I would go to the car to get my elderly family member. When I told her we were back she told me I had to wait. The manager (Lisa) jumped in and said, they made no reservations and there is always a waiting list. I showed her the text that Texas Roadhouse sent. I asked the young lady how long the wait would be. She said, 2:00 pm. At 2:00 pm I went to the counter. The young man (Wyatt) said, I had 2:20 pm, but he was pushing it back to 2:40 pm. At 2:40 I went to the counter. Wyatt said they were cleaning a table for 5 people then. I asked if there were 4 people and if they could go now. He said, yes. I asked the manager (Lisa) for her last name. She said, for what? I told her that I wanted to fill out a survey. She said, "It wouldn't do me any good, because her husband is the owner". I asked why they sent the text. She said it wasn't them that sent it. Needless to say, everyone at my party stayed except me. My main complaint was the attitude of the manager. She was rude each time I spoke to her. I recommend she go to customer service training. You don't tell customers it will not do any good to complain for any reason.....
