My family and I went to celebrate my daughter’s 3rd birthday at Texas roadhouse Pearland location on 03/16/23 We booked a reservation via phone at 6:34pm for a party of 9 with an estimated wait time of 35 min.Unfortunately, we waited 2 hours to get seated. Our first incident occurred as the hostess Abigail
provided seating updates and repeatedly says, it's only a few more minutes numerous times. The hostess was
polite but failed to attend to our needs with compliance. Due to our
delay, WE presented Abigail our daughter's cake for it to be placed in the fridge to avoid it melting. We made arrangements so we can
celebrate post dinner alongside the celebratory singing from the
staff. They received the cake without any hesitation and without any statements.
At the end of dinner, we request our server to bring our cake to sing for my daughter to be rejected by the waiter. Filled with confusion, we requested to speak to the manager- Ms Tikya Jenkins states that all this information was informed by the hostess. This was false.
I expressed dissatisfaction as none of this information was relayed at any point by anyone. I explained my daughter has severe food allergens, milk, eggs, peanuts, therefore, if they can accommodate for her birthday and only bring out a cake slice or make an exemption.
With rudeness and lack of professionalism, she states it was her final answer and our cake will only be returned at the front desk upon leaving.
Instead of accommodating or providing alternatives and accept accountability for their error, the manager states that it's her final answer and she was not going to help. We had a tab of over $200 only to not be able to celebrate my 3-year-old birthday.
It's sad how they allow us to wait 2 hours, pay over $200 worth of food, to reject my daughter having her cake. if this information was relayed initially, I would have opted
to choose another restaurant.

Bought gift cards and I knew the extra promotional 5.00 card wouldn’t work till the next visit , but no mention of the main cards that we wanted to use some of that day would not work . The dysfunctional temporary worker came out and smart mouth us in front of a open windows too long to every one trying to use the gift cards on day of purchases are usually trying to steal the money off or something like that lol ?? idiots … we were pissed ?? and asked for moneys back she got all huffy more asked us not to come back in after messing up our orders old salads to wrong items . This horrible horrible service horrible customer service 0000 we spend 100.09 every weekend s and was planning to do Xmas party’s there not now We will hit another place coopers .. avoids this problem ask ask ask check cards by worker keep recordsTexas Roadhouse

Thanks for your reply, but we might get back some days later. Perhaps barking intermittently hired assistant manager are replaced by thens . We are always right and know what we are doing never needs a lecture or show us how to do something. We were missing honey butter that we paid extra for as well as celery, ranch, and a side of broccoli. My tater skins were burnt and the rare steak was not rare but raw. Kizzy Bryan who is supposed to be a supervisor is rude and unhelpful too. She asked me to drive 20 minutes back over there to return the items that were not cooked correctly. She said that was all her boss authorized her to do but was unwilling to let me speak with her boss. She treated me like I was lying about how the food was cooked because my diabetic son ate the raw steak and I didn’t want to drive 20 minutes each way to bring the skins back. Do you want to pay for my gas to drive 20 minutes each way? And to think I gave a $3 tip too. Very disappointed now for the second time. We are still owed a credit from the last time that I almost forgot about. It has probably been over a year since the last time we had Texas Roadhouse because they messed our order up then. I will be leaving this review with everyone and every site that will listen. The worst customer service experience I’ve ever had after they left me on hold for 15 minutes. I was minding my own business last week when I got an email saying, "Texas Roadhouse in HUBER HEIGHTS,OH is celebrating National Peanut Day in a big way! We invite our VIPs to join us today on Tuesday, September 13, to receive a bag of peanuts."
I called Roadhouse first to be sure, but no one answered the phone. Then I went there, only to be turned away peanut-less. I was told a purchase was necessary, even though the email also said, "No purchase necessary." I told them that, but they didn't care. Since the last time I ate there, there was black mold on my baked potato, I certainly wasn't going to buy anything.
These people are either liars, or they can't read their own emails. Now, let the canned, cut and pasted response begin.Texas Roadhouse

Stay away from Texas roadhouse in east meadow. Servers are horrible and so was the manager Emily. We came in a party of 12 and was told to wait 30 minutes because there was no servers and that we would have to wait outside. As we waited there was partys of 4 and partys of 8 being seated before us. Went back in to asked how much longer servers response was “ it has only been 18 minutes i told you there would be a 30 min wait because we dont have enough servers. we waited for over 45 minutes, still not seated and told us they are prepping the table now We told them we didn’t have to be seated together we have kids and seniors with us from the beginning . The manager then comes out says she wasn't aware of the issue when the server has been telling us she been communicating with the manager and she was really busy then Emily the manager explains that we were waiting so long because the girl who was serving us just got back from school.Texas Roadhouse

Terrible service. Never been more disappointed, especially with how the waitress handled the military discount. Waited 30 minutes for the bill. Terrible professionalism. When, I asked for the bill to be fixed, the waitress screamed at her coworker. She could’ve easily explained if something was wrong with the systems, I would’ve understood rather than her banging on her counter because the computer wasn’t working. I usually love Texas Roadhouse, but this is by far the worst establishment I have been in.Texas Roadhouse

Texas Roadhouse in Mesquite, Texas Does Not make the necessary accommodations for those with disabilities. On today 8/21/22 around 1:30pm or 2pm, I waited over 45 minutes to be seated but was seated at a table instead of a booth. I have sciatica nerves which is very painful! I asked the hostess to seat a family of 5 in a booth instead of the table. The tables have hard wooden chairs with NO cushion. I waited over 15 minutes for the manager to assist but when she finally showed I was told that She had no booths available due to the crowd of people. I saw several of booths that wasn’t occupied. I feel that I shouldn’t have to go in details of explaining why I need a booth instead of table with wooden chairs. Just because you can’t see a disability doesn’t mean there isn’t one. I told my server Madison stated that I was unable to sit at the table due to health reasons but the Manager was so heartless that she didn’t care about my health concerns. So I had to leave my family birthday celebration due to not being accommodated. I’ve been to this restaurant on several times but never had an issue until now. I feel it was this 2pm crew that need ADA training. This is really sad that I’m filing a complaint to bring awareness when people should have heart of humanity.Texas Roadhouse

we were seated under the baby chairs three times in a row so tonight we decided we would say something before it happened again, you can't enjoy your meal because either a waitress and or a waiter is constantly reaching over your head to retrieve a baby chair. so we told the hostess our concerns regarding the baby chairs and ask to be seated away from the baby chairs and in the perfect patronizing example she puts us one table over still have to deal whit the baby chairs, okay fine so we order but by the time the manager got to are table I was pretty upset I explained I didn't like being patronized and explained how we were seated three times in a row and when we complained we get moved over one table. the manager said it was just a coincidence okay fine, so the hostess patronizes us and then the manager says it's all in your head can't remember the last time I've seen such incompetents in my expert opinion both the manager and the hostess need to be retrained. and I'm not going to say anything about the two empty tables we walked past before being seated. and I have no problem with the food it's always has been good!!! the waiters and waitress have always been great!!! the service my wife and I received from the hostess and then the manager was just immature and pathetic.......Texas Roadhouse

Tried to resolve a problem with manager Ken and he would not come out. The steak was wrong 2 times and I told them to throw away if manager doesnt come out. Manager never came out and insulted me as a regular customer.
I want to gave a meeting to discuss the 141.09 bill that needs to be expressed. The whole experience is an insulate to paying regular customers.
