Just prior to retiring, my wife and I attended SWD’s Retirement Planning University with Jordan S as our instructor. This was a two-evening interactive educational seminar that covered the complete scope of retirement planning – e.g. taxes, income planning, Medicare, Social Security, estate planning, etc.
We followed up with a 1:1 strategy session with Jordan to review our current assets, goals, and retirement strategy. It was very clear afterwards that we were heading in the wrong direction and after 30 years of using the same investment firm, switched to SWD.
SWD uses a comprehensive holistic approach to retirement planning, providing experts focused on all our needs. For example, Jennifer L (Medicare Specialist) provided step by step guidance in helping us find and sign-up for the right Medicare Supplement and Prescription plans.
We have complete trust in SWD. Everyone we have worked with on their team has been fantastic. Certainly, the best retirement decision we could have made.Strategic Wealth Designers

We recently worked with Jennifer L. with Strategic Wealth to help us work thru the maze of ********. She was so helpful answering all our questions and answering questions we didn’t even think of. Jennifer is knowledgeable and professional and never made us feel rushed. She didn’t tell us what to do but gave us the pros and cons of the various plans to let us make our own decision. Planning for retirement is not easy. Especially as you get older,; closer to the time you retire.
Earlier this year felt that we needed to be more proactive with our retirement plans and accounts. After interviewing several firms we decided to go with Strategic Wealth Designers.
We have been very pleased with Thomas R***** with Strategic Wealth Advisors. He has helped us craft an effective retirement plan that meets our needs, including suggested investment strategies outside of standard stocks and bonds.
Strategic Wealth Designers also has offerings that include experts in social security and medicare that we can consult for free. They also offer the most in-depth retirement planning classes through the Retirement Planning University.

It is challenging to navigate all of the "things" leading up retirement these days with so much information and so many wanting a piece of what you have worked so hard to earn...
My wife and I have been very impressed (and appreciative) of the folks we have worked with at SWD. Both Tim K*** and Jennifer L***** have been GREAT to work with! They are not only knowledgeable in their areas of expertise, but they both were always willing to listen carefully to "our" retirement goals and assist us accordingly.

I had a terrific experience working with Jennifer L****** She had solid answers to all my questions and was so graciously patient with me as I worked through understanding the many options to be considered in setting up Medicare as well as supplemental health-related coverage. It’s been a daunting task to prepare for retirement. It’s frightening. Even picking out Medicare is so confusing. SWD has helped me get my financial ducks in a row and held my hand when signing up for Medicare. If I haven’t liked the choices for my best good, they have come up with alternatives that I am more comfortable with. I am glad I chose them. My husband and I are business owners. We know how to make money. Knowing how to design a retirement plan was foreign to us. Most financial advisors focus only on investing. Phillis P******* took the time to explain wealth distribution options during retirement, much of which is determined by decisions we make now. She gave us a much bigger picture with more options than we had previously considered. You don't know what you don't know... Highly recommend taking one of her classes and/or sitting down for a free consultation. We did both, and glad we did!Strategic Wealth Designers
