  Austin his very unprofessional! He came to estimate my job and things seemed just fine 06/17/24 although I waited 3 weeks for scheduling. I waited5 weeks and never heard from him or received an estimate. I called him and he said he didn't know what happened but my est. went to lost, whatever that means. He apologized all over the place and said he would get the est. to me right away. It is now 09/09/24 and I have heard nothing. I am very disappointed in the way they run their business and the rudeness.

  Thank you for this feedback and I have already spoken to the rep on how he can handle situations better going forward and we are going to implement training to help with these types of situations. We decided this was not going to be a good fit for us and declined to bid the job. The first half of the appointment was spent hearing numerous stories about how the homeowner has had so many problems with contractors and he's always telling the contractors what to do and how to fix things and we just didn't want to get into a problem situation like the others. The communication could have been handled better and we will keep working on that. I am sorry it didn't work out with this customer and we wish him the best of luck on his project.

  Christian Brothers came recommended to us by Google reviews, and we ended up using them for our roofing project. There were initially some delays, however Austin and the rest of the crew at Christian Brothers made everything right. The portion of the roof and chimney siding which needed to be replaced look amazing, and I will happily recommend Christian Brothers to my friends and family when they need roof work done. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
  - Reasonable and fair, upfront pricing.
  - Thorough inspection and no upsells.
  - Work was completed in a timely manner.
  - Portion of roof replaced matches existing roof almost exactly.
  - Staff and sales was extremely professional and understanding.

  I can't say enough good things about Christian Brothers Roofing and Austin Morris. I was really stressed about replacing my mother's roof after the recent hail storm. I contacted several local roofing companies and met with their representatives. Christian Brothers was by far the best in every category. From the getgo Austin met with me and carefully explained the insurance claims process. He even helped get us a $6,000 supplemental payment from the insurance company. Throughout the process he timely returned all my many calls and text messages, which is good because I know nothing about roofs. Austin, on the other hand, is a walking encyclopedia of roofing knowledge. If Bill Nye is the science guy. Austin ****** is the Roofing Guy. Everything happened just as he said it would. The crew from Christian Brothers showed up promptly at 7 a.m. and worked hard until 8:30 pm. The were polite, efficient and as quiet as you can be when you're roofing. In two days it was done! Austin even came back to check on the job even though the foreman had already inspected the roof once. What can I say. I'll never use another roofing company again. THANK YOU, CHRISTIAN BROTHERS!

  Great looking roof! The crew did an amazing job of installation and clean up??. A special shout out to Aaron and Austin. They were right on top of this project. The owner(Aaron) went out of his way to stay in contact with the insurance company and make sure we were satisfied. Great job!
