      On Monday, Nov. 11th, I had my first appointment with Family Allergy & Asthma in Springboro, OH.
      The reason for my visit was to rule out certain contact allergies.
      The receptionist stuck the patches on my back without first disinfecting her hands or wearing gloves. She only put on gloves when I asked her to do so. I reported this incident to an assistant the following Wednesday and she just shrugged her shoulders.
      When I reported the incident to a doctor the following Thursday, his only comment was: I wasn't there that day. Nobody was interested in where allergies should be treated?
      I think that such sterile patches, which later end up on the customer's skin, should be handled just as hygienically, not with hands that have previously been typing on a computer.
      User's recommendation: insist on gloves or disinfection of the hands.

      Absolutely terrible customer service. I made an appointment online and got a text that I had to call to confirm my appointment within 48 hours or they would cancel my appointment. So I did just that, I called the same day and got the RUDEST receptionist I've ever spoke to. She said my appointment was confirmed. I get another text today saying since I didn't confirm they canceled my appointment??? I literally called the same day and they still canceled it. Not to mention I was referred here by my primary DR because I've been ill for awhile, they never called me to set up an appointment. I had to reachout and set it up. They are booked out for months. If I could give 0 stars I would.

      The doctor (Dr. P*******) I saw demonstrated an unwillingness to demonstrate basic human behavior in their medical care to me like compassion and patience. When I did not demonstrate an understanding of the doctors explanations it was clear that I was not worth their attempt to take the time to explain it again differently in a way that would help me. When I explained to the doctor that I didn’t understand them or what they were explaining to me it didn’t seem to matter. I didn’t feel listened. The doctor seemed to lack care in their explanations and did not exhibit care or compassion . I felt as if they were annoyed with my lack of understanding. The doctor turned my words on me, and the doctor talked over me, and did not seem willing to explain things in ways that would help me understand. I was questioned, the doctor questioned my memory and my ability to understand. When I stated I have ADHD and didn’t experience remembering things like most people do it was met with an eye roll. I felt as if my time in that appointment was a waste of my time and I felt humiliated by the doctor. I had to leave before the appointment was officially over. I left in haste due to my growing anxiety, humiliation, not feeling listened to, being questioned, and talked over. I will not be back. I will not recommend that Dr. P******* to anyone I know.

      WOW, It looks like this place might be a Racket that SOAKS anyone with allergies or asthma. I've been going there for only 5 weeks. On my first visit I asked questions because I was concerned about the cost. I Was told when tested that I would never have to pay more than $500. The allergy tests alone soaked up my first $3000 deductible which I had to pay. After only 5 weeks I have received a bill showing my insurance company paid $2780 for 5 small shot vials, $820 each and that I owed an additional $1,337.88 on top of what the insurance company paid!
      One might say "Did you call to speak with someone about this before leaving a BBB complaint"? I have made multiple attempts to speak with someone, NOBODY at the shot giving end can tell me ANYTHING about my bill. All attempts to get answers have from the alleged billing department failed. I've left messages and was promised a call back that never came.
      I will gladly update or remove this complaint if I ever get an answer from the elusive billing folks. Oh, and by looking at the other reviews I guess they dont respond to this either?

      Wow, be careful of this place! When my balance due suddenly jumped over $200 I called their Billing Department to find out why. Of course no one ever answers, and despite their message saying they'll return all messages within 48 hours, it took 3 voicemails over 2 weeks to finally get a response. And the response I got was that they had to order a new vial for me, for which I personally owe more than $200. Well that just means that I've wasted 7 months of shots and payments, because I cannot afford that. No one told me that they had a (massive) additional charge for simply ordering the serum - one would've thought that was part of what I was paying for when I paid for each individual shot.

      My insurance was billed for services on 10/20, 10/21 and 10/21/2022. I was never there on those 3 days. That sounds you are sending fraudulent charges to insurance companies.
