This dealership sold me a fraudulent extended warranty. They pocketed the money and hoped I never had to use it. When I called to use what I paid for from them, I was told I never had coverage to begin with. Then it’s the run around about getting your money back. They avoided my calls and want to act like there isn’t an issue. This is so unethical from a business!

1 starI visited the Louisville, KY location and test-drove a vehicle on Saturday, September 21st, 2024.
I had an impending situation that required me to leave immediately after the test drive.
I made this verbally aware and apologized upon leaving.
I reached out later in the day via text requesting to take the vehicle for a pre-purchase inspection. This is a provided consumer right but at the dealer's discretion. This request was denied immediately. I was told that I had to submit "proof of approval" via my financial institution. Documentation as such, has never been required of me before an automotive purchase. My institution is an in-network lender affiliated with this dealership. Everything could and would have been handled internally, efficiently, and beneficiary had a transaction evolved. Yet, it was continually insisted I provide an "approval letter" to proceed further.
My business and my institution's business were ready to advance had my request been agreed upon. However, it was not.
I have taken photos of the Approval Agreement but am no longer interested.
I will not be seeking business from Craig and Landreth in Louisville. NOW or in the FUTURE, due to the negative customer service and professionalism withheld in my interaction.

1 starDoug F** is a terrible salesman. He assumed I couldn't afford a vehicle because I offered 2k less than asking price. Because it was over priced by 2k. He didn't have any of my information. Not an application, not a pay stub, not a name, not my age, not where I work, not my job title. So I told him I was leaving a poor review for poor customer service and assuming. Then he got mad and said how is he the bad guy because he did all the work for me. Sent me the link, sent me vehicle info, a video

Charged my daughter $500 for a brake job that wasn't right had to take it back and they messed it up even more! It's now at $1000 to fix their mistake and they won't do anything about even after admitted fault! My daughter could of been seriously hurt or killed due to their mistakes!Craig & Landreth Cars HQ
