      I had carpeting installed on 5-8-2025. Both guys did a very nice job. They were very pleasant and seemed eager to please. They left the room very clean. I couldnt have asked for a better installation experience.

      Contracted out through Home depot. My first experience with an installation of flooring. Home depot measured and took pictures. The company contracted out was in continual contact throughout until the appointment. I made sure to re-iterate several times if there was anything that I needed to do. I was assured nothing. I specifically asked about moving items. I was assured they would move the items. Jan. 30th was appointment date at 7-10am mark. Contractors arrive and state they will only move furniture items. No electronics or tv stand etc. It is an understandable request. If only it was communicated prior and appropriately. The company stated Home depot did not include that in their pictures. I would like to think a flooring business should ensure to properly communicate all aspects of what to do and not to do for their clients regardless of pictures. This will avert hassles and delays as well as frustrations on both ends. So, I had to move it all by myself in a haste. After the contractors completed, I took note of several strikes of the hammer to my baseboards. Some were scuffs. As the company stated that is just hazard of the job. Understandable. However, I found 5 spots that were hit so hard the wood was completely torn through and gouged. That I will have to repair. I was offered a $50 dollar gift card. I told the gentleman no thanks. It is about principle of the matter of conducting a better business with communication and not overtly damaging the baseboards unnecessarily. I would highly not recommend this company. I will never use them again myself. Unprofessional and horrible experience all the way around.

      This company installs for **** *****. Terrible workmanship. They hired 3rd party people from Dearborn MI. Installers cut my laminate flooring way to short. Had a supervisor come out to look at the bad work. They sent out a 2nd team that showed up at noon and didn't do any work. Just put my carpet in the garage and left without fixing the flooring. Third party came out and fixed the flooring and installed the carpet on my stairs. Missed 2 days of work that I need to get paid for. This was supposed to be a ONE day job but it took over a month and a half to finish. HD should not use this company, they hire anybody to work. Really unprofessional workers. 4-15-23

      Why does it take 3 weeks just to get a measurement for an exterior door?
      That just doesn't make sense to me I suppose it will be another 3 to 6 weeks for installation
      So sad.....

      Work done was mediocre at best, communication was sub par. Not even a return phone call for 2 weeks. Cabinets were not installed completely right, as well as their team did not schedule according to project size. Their team said they would come install rest of cabinets the next week to several people at house and never showed. Very disappointed in dealing with them and lack of communication. Could trust them about as far as I could throw my house. Currently looking to subcontract out to get issues fixed because they won’t even call back to schedule the rest of installation. Working with **** ***** and their management on resolution. If I was **** ***** I would Desource this contractor.
      Update after several weeks the group came out, still did not finish job. Left cabinets damaged, half done installation of appliances that they were paid to do. Leave garbage and say they might come back in 2 weeks to work again. Supervisor that was supposed to come never came.
      Update after 3 months of time to hang cabinets project is built but pantry was never addressed correctly, upper trim has gaps and alignment of trim is lack luster. Pantry panel was ripped down with ragged cut and filled with touch up crayon. This is like putting pimple concealer on, only covers for a moment and will wash out if cleaned.
      **** ***** is no help either they let the contractor do whatever they want and the customer has to put up with the subpar job and service.
      Would recommend staying clear of this company and **** ***** for a kitchen.
