  If I had a choice I would not have hired CFI. I bought backsplash tile from ********** and CFI is their contractor. Their whole company is shambles from customer service to having the backsplash installed. First of all I thought I was going to have the backsplash installed early October 2022, The customer service person ******************* was out sick and did not schedule the installation and no one else seemed to cover her work while she was out. Finally contacting ********** after they did not show up I get a call for installation early November. Two guys show up 45 minutes late and they do not have trim! So off they go to ********** to get trim another hour plus gone. When they do arrive they start making the glue/paste which involves using my kitchen faucet. They also used the faucet to make the grout. When they left around 7:30 pm or so, they left me with a mess, a big black sharpie **** on the backsplash, parts of the backsplash not having trim on it and oh a hit or miss mostly miss on the hot water of the forementioned kitchen faucet. In the meantime, I'm playing phone tag with two supervisors, one local and one regional. It took another month for the same two guys to come back to fix things. It took them over an hour to get the sharpie **** off by using what smelled like paint thinner and then sanding it off. Another 45 minutes for the trim to be put on. In the meantime, I am speaking to their supervisor on the phone and emailing customer service. Supervisor told me the night before that they would bring the outlets closer so the covers could be put back on. The day of, nope no outlets were going to be touched and oh they never ever touched the faucet they just did the backsplash. What a bunch of BS.I can buy longer screws but they should have been upfront about it. My faucet still does not work correctly. Contacting ********** next to see if they will step up and fix the faucet.

  My kitchen install went well, all contractors have done a really good job. When I had to contact CFI with questions, they were always very helpful.

  The gentleman who did our floor install worked consistently until completed. A good attitude and showed they can problem solve and make it work. I would use them again.

  Installer came on time. Took four hours to install carpet in three rooms. Installer was nice and respectful. Cleaned up all mess and vacuumed all carpet. Waited for me to review before asking for signature. No issue with this install.

  I WAS NOT THERE AT THE TIME, BUT MY SON AND DAUGHTER-IN-LAW WERE. ACCORDING TO THEM, THE JOB WAS A COMPLETE SUCCESS THE MAN WAS EFFICIENT THOROUGH AND FAST, AND AN EXCELLENT JOB. IF WE WERE TO HAVE MORE WORK DONE WE WOULD HOPE TO GET THE SAME INSTALLER

  Overall a bad installation experience on 11/22 and 11/23 with a tile installation in my small kitchen.
  We are done with them and would discourage anyone from using them or for that matter **** ***** who contracted them after we got our tile from then
  No response needed we are done

  Due to the mistakes made by the CFI's person who does the final measuring for cabinets which required the re-ordering of cabinets that fit correctly, I am enduring a 12-week and counting delay in my countertop install. They will not step up and make things right by expediting my installation after being informed of their mistake. My wife is disabled, and this is a huge inconvenience for us with our meal preparations.
  I will be contacting the local television station's consumer advocates to see if they can get this resolved along with lobbying the **** ***** corporate headquarters to drop this abysmal company from their installation services.

  This sounds like a broken record, but CFI is not doing simple floor repair for flooring work that they did 8 months ago. Constant delaying, no response or follow up.. I can't believe ********** is doing business with this company.

  I seem to have mostly the same issue as everyone else...actually getting someone from CFI to do work in a timely manner. I am now on my 4th day of missing work! These people do not value their customers' time.I scheduled to have vinyl planking laid in my ranch house in mid-july. I was given an arrival time of 8-noon on Tuesday and it would take 2 days. Noon comes around and I hear nothing. I call the office and am told they are finishing up a job and should be there as soon as they are done. They didn't show up until 4:30!!! They tear up the carpeting and leave. Day 2 - I was told they'd arrive around 8:30 to get started. By 9:30 I called the office and was told they had stopped at the store and would be at the house in half an hour. Fast forward - still no guys at the house and I call again. The receptionist forgot to put me on hold while I hear her shouting "where are those *********," I still did not see them until 11:30 or so. Later that day their supervisor also stopped by to see that they were working and tell me that they'll have most of the job done today and may have to come back tomorrow. They left the house shortly after the supervisor left and said they'd be back in the morning.Day 3 - This time I get a call around the time the workers were supposed to be at the house saying they are almost there and need to stop at ******** About and hour later they show up knowing that I have to be out of the house by 3:00 today. I find out they had to stop at ******* to pick up new earbuds cuz the guy broke his. They finish up at 3:30 but not before I find out that there isn't enough caulking to finish the molding and I also need black molding for the kitchen.I schedule for the final time and new arrival window is ****. I get a text the day before saying arrival is ****. I call to say I can't do this and they say it's fixed. I got a call at 10:45 saying they'd be here in an hour and a half. You do the math...
