    I placed an order for 303 British ammunition in March of 2023. They wanted the $708 sent to them via Zelle from my JP Morgan Chase account. After I made payment to ******* ********** at ************, I waited a month without receiving my order and then called the phone number listed on the Diamond Ammunition website to check on the status of my order. After several failed attempts I finally made contact with a gentleman with a heavy foreign accent that agreed to check on my order and call me back. I have never gotten any return phone calls and I have tried numerous times to contact them. I tried calling the phone number that I sent the money to via Zelle. The guy that answered that call said he had no idea what I was talking about and he did not sound like the fellow I talked to at Diamond Ammunition when I made my first call. After all further attempts to contact them failed I decided to post a negative review through the Sitejabber website in early August of 2023. Following my negative review in early August regarding my March order of 303 British ammunition for $708, I received an email from Diamond Ammunition apologizing for taking my money but not delivering the ammunition. They indicated that it was a shipping problem and would try to resolve it. I asked them for the shipper's name and a tracking number for the shipment but they never responded to my request. I asked them to refund me the $708 but again, no response. It has now been well over a month since they promised to resolve my complaint and I still have heard nothing more from them. It appears to me that their recent August response to my negative Sitejabber review is nothing more than an additional stalling technique in hopes that I will give up and go away without out my ammo or my money. Be very careful ordering from Diamond Ammunition

    End of March, early April
    Looking for ammo for newly purchased rifle. Diamond Ammo advertised on the internet for the ammo I needed. I contacted them via text and received a response (from a "Natasha") that the product was available and they wanted payment through Venmo, which I had never used before. They would not accept MasterCard info.
    I followed their instructions and they received my $500 for 500 rounds of ammunition. After ten days past and I received nothing, I contacted them through the text info I had. The person who answered asked for the order # which I gave him (heavy Indian accent). Three more days past with no response. I then called the phone # associated with their internet ad. Same Indian accent answered but said he had no idea what I was talking about, that he had no business re: ammo, etc. , yet his wife WAS named ********.
    HE threatened to call authorities on ME for harassment and I told him to call police.
    Have heard no more despite my wife calling the phone # and getting the same response.

    Order amount of $2178
    Was accused of doing a charge back and they asked for more money to cover the amount they were locked out of.
    Tried filling fraud claim with Trust and was denied.
    Called on March 17, 2023 to complain and was told they would ship my order emediately and add an extra box of ammo as well as send me a tracking number and a photo of my order. Have had no contact since. No email response and no answering calls. Never had a response on their website chat
    Still no tracking number nor my order delivered.

    On Jan 1,2023 I placed an order from diamond ammunition store and was requesting payment through zelle.
    I received confirmation of my order through email and sent funds but no reply back that money was received.
    Upon further investigation of the address of the store came up Madison pawn shop so I called them and they informed me the had many calls looking for diamond ammunition to which they informed me they are a scam and not to order from them.
