  After reading all the reviews here I was super scared, then I texted them that I won't be buying, and they are scam, but a guy insisted that they are real and someone is using the name of their business to scam people, I gave them a try because their price was good also they send me a prove that they have it in stock, 5 days after which is today I received my order, and I would recommend them. Thanks

  ??% SCAM.
  They will take your payment, never send you the product, and not answer your calls. You must file a police report, open a dispute with your bank, and report to your local FBI cyber team and the BBB.

  On Nov. 1st 2023 Ordered 200 rounds of 303 ammo from them. Chose Zelle as a payment option, then I received a text from Zelle to arrange payment, it looked fishy so I ignored it. Then I got a call from Diamond Ammunition, by an Indian fellow. he said he could send me an invoice from pay pal and I could pay that way, He sent it and I felt he was legit, so I paid the invoice. 6 days later no tracking number or order, so I called same Indian man, he said he will have to check if he got the payment and call me back or email me, didn't hear from him, I called him again he said he got the payment and he would call me with the tracking number, he never called, so I called him, he hung up on me, for 3 days I called over and over and emailed him, he would hang up the phone or not pick up, I leave a voice mail, no call back, no reply from several messages on his web site. I found out his address is fake, its a Baptist Church address. I called pay pal and told them hes using their logo on his web site as a payment option for guns and ammo, they could care less and refused to do anything.

  Contact the ATF. This dealer claims to make illegal shipments and sales of fire arms. Also fraud. The number is +1 859. 592. 1910 a number being used to contact people. Also providing the bank account number. For the ATF and FBI to track. 706. 6276. 029 is the account associated with zelle payments which is directly connected with this criminals bank account. All positive reviews are fake. A lot of time went into making this fake website. Do not make any payments do not make account or sign into this website as all you information is being stolen.

  Placed an order on 10/13/23. All communication was positive until they received my funds via PayPal (Friends and Family) on 10/15/23. I was rather leery but everything seemed legit on their website.
  Follow up phone call to their two numbers Real Ammunition Depot, Old Hickory, TN & Diamond Ammunition Depot, Richmond, KY went unanswered with no follow up.
  Their website text communications 24/7 did not work. I was told tracking umber would be provided on Tuesday 10/1723 that never happened. Continued attempts to call or text them via my phone or their websites went unanswered.
  I finally contacted PayPal on 10/19/23. PayPal said nothing they could do for me and I should contact my card company instead.
  PayPal said never use Friends and Family for any purchases.
  I call Discover Card and they were great! Can’t say enough good things about Discover Card. Even got to talk with American people taking the dispute.
  Late last night PayPal emailed me with their notification of my card company filing their dispute.
  This morning I received an email from Diamond Ammunition with a tracking # for a EGS (Elegence General Shippers)!
  I never have heard of this shipping company ever!
  Looked them up and a website appears and all looks legit.
  I then received another email from Diamond Ammunition. English’s is really bad saying please remove complaint on PayPal will refund extra charge and ship your ammo.
  They double charged me on PayPal for the original purchase.
  Do not do business with these folks.
  Their prices are great. No taxes should have been another identifier of bad things to come, but I didn’t cross my mind since they originally were so nice.
  Just be aware! I won’t do any business with them and hopefully I get my money back via Discover Card.

  I ordered 303 British ammunition in mid March of 2023. They required the $708 be paid via Zelle and promised quick shipment. I paid and gave them a month before calling to inquire about my order. I spoke to a gentleman with a heavy foreign accent that sounded like he was taking care of kids at home. He recognized my order number and had my name and address. He promised to follow up with me in a day or so. After two weeks with no call back, I called again and spoke to the same gentleman and got the same promise to call me back. But I have never gotten any return calls. All subsequent calls on my part have gone straight to voice mail and all attempts at making inquiries through their website have gone no where. I have recently submitted a similar review on the Sitejabber website and within a day I received an email from Diamond Ammunition apologizing for the problem and promising to check it out and call me in a day or two. That was 5 days ago and I have heard nothing more from them. In their recent email, they implied that it was a FedEx problem that they would have to resolve and it would take time and I needed to be patient. I asked them to provide me a tracking number on the shipment but they have failed to respond with any details on the shipment. I’m not holding my breath that this is anything more than delaying tactics to try and shut me up. This is the second time I have been scammed by someone wanting immediate payment through Zelle or Venmo. I guess it’s better to stick with well known retailers even if it means paying 10 or 15 percent more and not lose your entire payment with nothing to show for it but the feeling that you’ve been played for a fool!

  Placed an order and then got squeamish because of all of these reviews. They sent me a text at 12:42 a.m. on a Saturday, which got me started because who does business at 12:42 a.m. or even 3:42 a.m. if they are located in Kentucky like they say they are? Then someone with a heavy accent called me. Just like all these reviews say, they use Zelle which allows them to tap into your regular banking information and I won't do that.

  Obvious scam but I fell for it anyways. Completely cut off all contact after they got my money, won't answer emails, text, or phone.

  Ordered ammo from them as they advertised that they had the caliber I needed.
  They did not offer the use of a nationally known credit card but used Zelle as the means of payment. I ordered on a Friday and was told via text, that I'd receive a tracking # when it was shipped. I was told it would take 5-6 business days to receive the ammunition.
  By the following Monday, I had not received any tracking #, so I called their phone #. A male, with a heavy Indian accent, answered. He asked my order #, which I gave him. He said he'd check on the tracking # and text me back. No response.
  After reading the many others who were taken in under their business name, I am puzzled as to how they continue to operate.

  I placed and paid for an order on Dec 13th, 22 and the shipping charges were to be paid by the Diamond Ammunition Store. Over the next 3 days they said they would send me a shipping confirmation number. Never received one. Received a message for a person named Mark Jefferson that if I sent them $250.00 they would ship the order. These people are scammers.
