  Zero stars, I pre ordered an author planner through her and was suppose to get extra free goodies as well. I tried to get a refund and cancel my pre order. Stated it was allowed. So I waited for my product. Months went by nothing. Emailed she reassured they would be there soon as they were from over seas and took time to get them. Another couple months went by and nothing. Thankfully I was able to dispute with my bank and get my money back. Never will I work with her again.

  Zero starts!!! I hired Christina Kaye as my book coach and editor. I was originally given five coaching sessions, but because I paid invoices “early” and she claimed the money was tight, I got two extra sessions. The emails state that seven bookings were confirmed, but not all of them happened. Every session I had scheduled with her was canceled, double booked, and then canceled on her end, she says I didn't book my session at all, or she did not show up to them at all. She was constantly lying and backtracking on promises.
  The editing contract stated that Christina would be the one editing my manuscript, but she had a trainee go over my manuscript. I found out the trainee who went over my manuscript had just been hired in Feb of 2024 and I gave her my manuscript in November of 2023... she held me hostage with no updates or knowledge of who was touching my manuscript. For a 295-page book, I was given a two-and-a-half-page developmental report. She had my manuscript for 15 weeks. When I asked questions about it or anything else, she sent horrible argumentative essay-length responses.
  She bullies her clients and gaslights them. It’s very much like you are in an abusive relationship. It is always “I’ve done nothing wrong,” “You hired me! I know everything,” and “Without me you will fail!”. My integrity was sound the whole time while working with her.
  At the beginning of our professional, she did reduce her rates for me for the coaching sessions and the edits as well (so she says). But she held this over my head the entire time afterward. I did not ask for her to discount anything. She offered.
  Authors please get editing services and coaching services else!! This lady is scamy she is hiding her BBB complaints and reviews from the public.

  Zero Stars, I heard about this woman's business on ******. She is targeting new authors, and debut authors who don't know any better. She had a prior LLC to this one that she closed down, this is the new one. She promises to teach young aspiring authors how to publish their first book, step by step, and offers editing services among many other things.
  My experience with her was that she is very careful with her words, and very good at selling her program. But once you sign on with her program it's an entirely different ball game, the way she speaks to you changes, she starts asking for payments earlier than agreed upon and always has a sob story for why she needs it sooner. I agreed to pay early and my next session was canceled (due to a booking glitch that she blamed on me even though I had an email confirmation), two weeks later she was on vacation, strange.
  I only tried to work with her for 5 weeks, and every session I had scheduled with her was canceled, double booked, and then canceled on her end, or she says I didn't book my session at all. She would gaslight me at every turn, she sent me horrible argumentative essay-length responses to any question that I had about her process or program. She was constantly avoiding moving on to the next steps as she is so busy with all of her clients.
  She was constantly lying and backtracking on promises.
  I had enough of the stress and walking on eggshells and ended my contract with her and reported her for fraud, she never planned to make good on our contract. She went above and beyond to force me to cancel our contract, she will never end one herself but she will put authors through a lot to ensure they cancel themselves in an attempt to rob them of their money. Authors beware and find editing elsewhere!
  I reached out to a few people who had used her services, and/or worked for her and they were all ripped off as well. I do not recommend her services, and wholeheartedly believe it to be a scam.
