    February 1, 2024 Order # ************* ***************************  Pink 64G IPad w/keyboard, pencil, and accessories 29.99 + shipping Total: 38.98 Filed fraud w/card company but declined as whomever is behind this scam sent them bogus shipping info. The package weighed 0.6 oz and was delivered to a bogus address. The phone number hadnt work until I finally had a guy answer. He stated he had just got the number and has had hundreds of calls regarding this sham company.

    I purchased an item on 1/25/24. Never got a confirmation of the order yet my card was charged. I emailed them several times and got a couple of “I’m sorry’s we are shipping soon” yay never got the item. Filed a dispute with my card and the “company” told my card company that the item has been delivered so my dispute was closed. Now I am having to fill out more forms with my credit card company in an attempt to get my money back. Who knows if it will happen or not. Do NOT purchase from this company.

    On December 28th 2023 i had ordered 2pairs of shoes from this company and have never received them. On my bank account i saw that this company was called Isbazaar from Shepardsville , Ky. I went to their website and discovered they dont even sell shoes. I have reached out to them by email on 2 separate occasions and have not got a response.

    I made a purchase on 08/01/2024 in an advertisement that appeared on Instagram of the ALO YOGA store for several pieces of sportswear for an amount of $80.57, but at the time of making the payment the money was collected by ************, I never received an email providing me with the order number with the purchase receipt and neither the email notifying the shipment with the tracking number, I called my bank to cancel the operation and they started an investigation in which isbazaar is presenting them with a purchase order for the amount mentioned but without describing the items I purchased and inexplicably also a tracking number of a package by USPS that was sent and even received at my address, which is totally false and my bank is now going to take the money from me again account to give it to these scammers, incredible!

    On January 26, 2024, I purchased items from this company online via Facebook. This company charged my account. I did not receive the merchandise I ordered. I have called numerous times but no answer. I emailed this company and I have not received a response.

    I place this order in January. I never received the order I opened a complaint to ******** ******* for $81.10 to dispute the charge. They said this company shipped tge product to a mail box Jan 30 2024. I live in a full service building. They never received this from the company my mail box is very tiny and would not hold anything nor can any mail go in without receiving it to our building management and concerige. I have tried several times to contact the company. Their phone was disconnected I tried us postal service tge have no record of delivery anywhere in my building. I would like to know where the merchandise is or where it was delivered if it was.

    Buyer beware! This is a fraudulent company that represents itself as a variety of well known companies on-line and intercepts payments. They claim to have sent a package yet nothing has arrived, the confirmation number that immediately popped up after purchase was unrecognizable by any search, and I never received any other communication. USPS can not confirm that anything was delivered to my address despite there being a delivery made to my City and ZIP code. This is a massive run-around and a complete fraud. Please warn others.

    On Jan 6th I made a purchase for $40.92 from ************. Jan 11th I send an email looking for an update as I had not received a shipping notification. Jan 16th customer support responded from ********************* stating my package was shipped but she had no other information for me. Feb 2nd still no package so I emailed and asked for another update. Feb 12th I was finally given a tracking number which according to the USPS website said it was delivered a month before. Feb 13th I let them know I never received my package and asked for a refund due to the length of time it had already been and how long it took her to respond to my emails. Feb 26th she ****** responded with no resolution other then to check my neighbors houses and the post office. Feb 27th I let her know that my package was no where to be found after a month and a half and again asked for a refund. Mar 6th **** says they will not give me a refund due to being a “small company that cannot bear the loss of cancellation”. Mar 6th I informed her that the tracking number they sent me said it was insured for $100 and that they needed to immediately issue me a refund and file a claim through the USPS. Today Mar 13th she responded requesting my “correct address” so they could get the USPS to redeliver because their “investigation” turned up that I didn’t get my package due to an incorrect address. The tracking information states the package was delivered; therefore, how is the USPS going to redeliver a package they don’t have? I responded to her email once again requesting a refund. It has now been over 2 months since I purchase the items with no package and no refund. Attached you will find our entire email exchange over the last several weeks.
