    I bought some cell phones from their ad on Facebook. I never received the product, nor got any emails, not a phone call to explain what was going on with my order.

    I saw an ad on Instagram showing 85% off for ***** clothes, it looked just like their website. That was on Jan 20th 2024. The Order number they provided me with when the order was complete (I took a screenshot of that) is ************** The Order total was $92.03 I thought something was wrong when I didn't get an email about tracking or anything. I sent an email on February 3, 2024 stating I wanted to cancel my order. I looked up the company that sent me an email afterwards and I saw it was a scam. I received an email from ****** at stating 'Due to heavy flow of goods, the goods have been shipped, but the logistics order number has not been updated in time." Bologna. I have emails if I need to send those to anyone. I would just like my money back at this point, I have 5 kids and the world is expensive enough. I've tried to call the number on the website and it says its no longer a working number, what a shocker.. These folks are not legit, they need to be shut down.

    Ordered 4 bags on 1/31/2024. The money was taken out on 2/1. I have not received any communication since the order was confirmed. I responded to the email asking for a status update. They do not respond. The total amount was $89.96. I would like a refund.

    This company said they'll ship the shoes I order they scammed lots of people no one had gotten anything this company said they have everyone contact this company no reply

    Order ************* was placed online on 1/31/24, email confirmation received, and I was charged accordingly. I have not received any notice of shipment, or received the product. I have emailed the company twice with no response.

    On 1/24/24 I ordered ******* **** through an online promotion. It showed the ***** store symbol on the top of the web page. The confirmation email said I would recieve another email when my order was dispatched. I never received another email or the order or any response from the 2 emails I sent to the supplied support email: ********************. The order confirmation email is not from *****. The only name or label is the sender email, ********************************* My checking account was fully charged 1/24 on the day of my order for $47.94. The only business name for the transaction listed in my bank statement is under the email ************ ************ ************ ********. Ever since sending inquiring emails I have been receiving a variety of phishing emails and text messages. Some claim to be stimulus money or prior unclaimed taxes, ups trying to get shipping to deliver a package, Gmail and Microsoft verification codes or links.
