If I could give 0 stars I would. We purchased a *** Sierra about two months ago. About 2 weeks into owning the truck, the transmission failed. We had to pay approximately $5000 to get it replaced. I called an emaied the morning it happened and didn't receive a response for almost three days. By that time I had already scheduled to have it fixed at another shop. I also just found out that it has a broken motor mount. That's going to cost approximately $700 to fix. According to our mechanic, both issues should have been caught prior to being sold. We were also told there was a second key and that they would fix the heated seats that weren't working. They scheduled an appointment for us and when we got the call from the office we were told that WE HAD TO PAY. We told them no, we were told that you guys would fix it. They called the manager at the location where we purchased the truck and he said no- I never said that. They will literally tell you anything to get you to sign those papers.

    ood evening Erica,

I apologize that you've had some issues arise this early on in your vehicle ownership as they are never expected. I've reviewed the service records on the vehicle you purchased on the February 7th, and it indeed went through our inspection process. In this process we did find some wear items that needed to be address and we completed them as part of our pre-sale service.

We do our best to ensure that every vehicle we sell will be trouble-free for many years to come, however it's impossible to foresee any and every issue that may arise. This is especially true on a vehicle that is roughly 11 years old. We try to be as transparent as possible regarding this as there is inherent risk buying older vehicles. We did review your account and you were aware of the vehicle being sold as-is at the time of transaction and declined any further warranty coverage.

I was actually told that there was NO ADDITIONAL WARRANTY offered other than gap insurance which I purchased. Yet another lie.
