    My girlfriend and I went in on the first week of march to select a home. We found one that we liked but wanted a couple of modifications. We were told that it would be approximately 8-12 weeks on the build and that we would be living in our home by mid-summer. Fast forward to 1/8/25 and we are still not in our home. The company does not follow up with any of their contractors to ensure the work in completed. When we went inside our home there was a part of the wall that was left out by accident at the factory when being built. Our home was set on the property at the end of October and the only thing that has been accomplished since that time was the utility pole set and trim work being done. The utility pole was set in the wrong place the first time and it took just over a month for them to come move it. The siding on the sides of the house are bowed and looks absolutely horrible.

    We are working with Mr. **** as well as we can.  He had several demands that pushed this job back.  Also per his request we had to move his power pole which has cost time.   His home was ordered and built which took 16 weeks to build once we got the clear to close for him which took several weeks to obtain also.  There has been some weather that delayed some aspects of the timeline.  I have been trying to work with Mr. **** closely to get them moved in their home.  I will continue to work with him and the manufacturer to get his home move in ready.  He has my personal number and am doing everything in my power to get them in their home.  I understand their frustration but I am helping all I can.  This is also an FHA deal that typically takes longer to complete.  We will diligently work to get them in their home ASAP.  Thank you
