    I just want my refund I've contacted this company multiple times and they responded once and then stopped all together. without refunding me my money.

    I placed an order #****** with Au Natural Organics on 12/01/2023. I ordered 2 3.4 oz. bottles of Organics Batana Oil and 1 tube of Radius Organic Toothpaste Clove Cardamom in the amount of $40.92. I received an emailed receipt on 12/01/2023 that shows that my order was received. On 12/08 I received an email showing that my ordered had shipped along with a USPS tracking number. I waited a serval days and I put in the tracking number which was given to me and the USPS didn't show that my order was ever received. I tried to call to Au Natural Organics on 12/27/2023 but, they don't phone calls, so sent them an email asking from an update regarding the items that I purchased from them. I was informed that there was a number of pending orders and that there is delay in processing my order. So I emailed them again on 01/10/2024 and go the same response as before with an apology. I've continuously emailed them for updates. On May 22nd and May 29th I emailed them and I've heard nothing back on the ordered I placed with them on 12/01/2023. I'm fed up with this company and I want a refund for my money back of $40.92 since they don't have the items in which I ordered. I will never purchase anything from them again.

    I ordered ojon oil from this company, received an email that they charge my credit card, never received a confirmation from usps that is was ever shipped, contacted the company by phone, no answer, by email, no answer back. Finally contacted my credit card to dispute the charges because I never received my product.

    I purchased bantana oil from this company on November 10, 2023. I got a confirmation for the order the same day but never received the shipping info. I forgot about it around the holidays. When I went to the original confirmation and realized I still had not received tracking info, I contacted the company via email. I was told that the product was sent to New Zealand and they could reship my order. There's no excuse for that if I entered my address. This was a red flag for me. At that point, I asked for a refund since it had already been 3 months past the date of order. I asked for a refund several times in several emails and there's been no attempt on their end to meet my request. The request for a refund was ignored consistently throughout the emails. This company appears to be a front for a scam and I want to be refunded for the amount paid.

    I order items on Feb 1, 2024. After several attempts to call and submit requests(via their site) for updates on my order as well as emails to their customer service I still do not have my items. Nor have I recieved any correspondence as to updates about my order. To make matters worse this company is not answering phone calls so a month and a half later and I have not recieved my items nor have I recieved any update on my order. I would like an immediate refund and strongly suggest that this company review their business procedures. Any company that can not get items shipped within 6 weeks and does not have the man power to answer customers via email, phone call should not be doing business period.

    On January 8, 2024 I placed an order for Black Seed and Sour Sop oils totalling $100.04. I received an email on February 5th stating that my order had been "completed". It is now March 5th and I still haven't received my order. I've attempted to call Au Natural Organics directly during their posted business hours with no success and the website says "closed". I emailed them on February 5th but that has gone unanswered also. It's really too bad because the company has a great product just the worst customer service and delivery times. If I cannot receive the product I paid for I need a full refund.

    I work as a freelance Virtual assistant doing admin tasks, file creation etc. I received a request from ******* ******, President of Au Natural Organics Company, to create a company customer support script book. We have previous projects completed and she has been consistent with the payments until this instance.

    Here is a quick timeline of the events.
    Nov 5 - Order request for Customer Service Training Manuals
    Nov 6-10 - concept and planning
    Nov 14 - requested a USCIS file (additional work)
    Nov 17 - Invoice creation of $175 (discounted amount) and sending of files
    Nov 27 - Claims having issues with payment methods
    Dec 1 - Claims had a new card
    Dec 6 - sent an email reminder of the invoice
    Dec 6 - no update, all messages are seen
    - all days between Nov 17 up to the present, ******* ****** can be seen online, have seen the messages I sent and choose to ignore.

    I ordered a product (organic Black Currant csarrier oil ) for $31.99, which included shipping, on October 12. I received an email on Oct. 14th, stating that my order had been shipped, but when I track it, USPS hasn't received the item yet.

    The mailbox for their phone is full, the email address they have on their site doesn't accept emails and the two ways to contact hem on their website have yielded no response.

    When I decided to look online at their BBB ratings, I see many others have had issues. I simply want a refund and don't want the product, which shouldn't be an issue, as it really hasn't shipped. I don't have an issue with the price and am glad I paid through Stripe, as they won't have access to my card information.

    I filed a fraud claim through my bank and am filing a complaint here, because they shouldn't be in business !!!!!! Again - I simply want my $ refunded.

    I purchased a product called Batana Oil from Amazon sold through the company Au Natural Organic i paid $32.99. It shipped on July 24, 2023 and it is now October and I have not received my product or was I given a option for a refund it just says running late on Amazon when I click on my orders then it stated my package maybe lost and gives no real tracking information. I have not been able to get this information resolved

    Amount charged $44.99. Doesn’t respond to calls emails or anything. Payment method credit card. Receipt number #1101-1201. Didn’t see this before I bought the dragons blood supplement,

    but they either have fake good reviews which are spam or bad real reviews about not receiving orders or being able to contact them for a long time or being sent straight to voicemail so they complained to the BBB. That’s how I found out about the BBB and decided to complain myself.
