      Dear Customer Service,

      I am writing to formally express my concerns regarding a serious issue with my account at Louisiana Capital Federal Credit Union, which I believe has caused significant distress and financial burden.

      Recently, I spoke with a representative who informed me that I have a past due amount exceeding $3,900 on my account. During this conversation, I explained that I had not made any payments because my account had consistently shown a zero dollar balance for several months. The representative indicated that my account was locked due to this past due amount, which resulted in the zero balance display.

      I was shocked to learn that my vehicle is now up for repossession, and the only way to clear this situation is to pay the aforementioned amount, which includes one month’s payment and a repossession fee. I expressed my inability to make such an exorbitant payment, especially since I operated under the assumption that my balance was zero.

      Moreover, I was never notified via mail or online communication about any past due amount or the potential repossession of my vehicle. It is concerning that I was allowed to remain in this situation for so long without proper notification from your institution.

      I believe that this predicament may have arisen due to a possible system error on your part, and I feel it is unjust to hold me accountable for the consequences of that error. I requested additional time to make the payment and inquired about the possibility of establishing a payment plan to avoid repossession. However, my concerns seem to have gone unaddressed.

      I kindly request that you review my account situation and reconsider the terms imposed on me. I would appreciate a response regarding the possibility of setting up a payment plan or any other solution that would prevent the repossession of my vehicle.

      Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your prompt response.

      option. Additionally, this information was mailed to the member.

      I have a loan with this bank for about 4 years now, down to my last few months so decided to check the balance and it’s way more than what I owed!! So I got in touch with someone at the bank they told me they would check into it and they called me back saying they system made a mistake about a payment then I was told I made 27 late payments….. so they so claimed that they fix the problem and added a extra year of payments!!! Just trying to find out if your system made a mistake about the payment how are there sure about me not making payments on time and keep in mind I never missed a payment….I have left message for someone to contact me never heard back from anyone…..
