I had a dinette set dryer and ac I returned the dinette set and dryer to the company. As far as the ac the manager *** I spoke to was supposed to work out payments with me so I could catch up on my payments with the ac. The next phone call I get from her is threats to call the cops I told her numerous times to come pick up the ac I was done with her threatening me . On October 12 I get a text saying I have a warrant because she filed charges even though we had spoke and made an arrangement for them to pick the ac up on the Monday the 14th note the judge hadn’t signed off on the warrant on this time so it was not active yet. We’ll on the 14 of October they picked up the ac. I have video if them picking it up along with the video I have their truck in it. Showing affordable picked it up. They said they would call and have the charges dropped because they received their item back. They did not do so on the 15th of October that afternoon the judge signed the warrant. Mind you they already had their item back they could have stopped it but they did not. There should have never been a warrant issued by a judge . At the time the judge signed it I had nothing of affordables it was done and over with and my contract cancelled . This has caused my mental stability to go way down. This has caused pain in so many ways unimaginable I have no police record never been arrested before never been in jail . I want this matter taken care of. Affordable can drop the charges .

This customer opened three rental agreements that have the option to pay in advance of use or return. She did not make the payments as agreed and refused to return the items which is illegal. She and her husband were abusive to our manager on the phone and refused to abide by the terms of the agreement. In good faith the manager let her know that if she didn't return the items she would have to proceed legally and she responded that she wasn't giving it back and "do what you gotta do". At the point legal proceedings are started we can't stop them, she has to go to court and answer. Yes we have recovered our merchandise since then but she still has to go to court to answer, and the fact that she returned the merchandise will help her.
