      I'm only 1 month behind on my payments, which I attend to catch up. I have a heart condition that causes me to avoid stress. Affordable Home Furnishings on Florida Blvd, keeps on calling my phone, coming by home and leaving notices on my door. I am on a fixed income. Account Manger **** keeps on coming to my home. The employees keeps on calling my phone and harassing me.

      I was inside Florida Blvd Location. I heard the Spanish lady in charge tell one of her employees everyone who is past due to run their cards at the end of the day. She does not care what the office says she does not get paid enough to be stressed out. I'm pretty sure that is illegal for a manger to tell her employees to run people cards. There was another time another Manager *******, was telling the Spanish lady that These people are disgusting, fat, and lazy and they are always breaking our furniture referring to customers. I've also heard stories from my friends who have accounts there they feel the Spanish lady in charge is racist against black people. I don't think neither one of them needs to be in management if this is how they treat and talk to about customers. While other customers are there. They had one young lady there they got rid of probably because she knows too much is going wrong in the store and they don't want it out. she was the nicest person there. When I called for the young lady which is my account manager, they claim she was fired, then try to recant their statement with my friend saying she was not available. I don't believe that young lady quit I believe the Spanish lady and ******* wanted her gone.
