      If I could give the storage center on Greenwell Springs Road in Baton Rouge Louisiana, zero stars I would solely because of Elizabeth who claimed “I am the owner of the company” in a recorded conversation I had with her today, June 10 2025!! she told me that I was four days late and I told her it was because the mice are eating up all of my items and I would like to file an insurance claim that I have been asking for for the past two months and she told me “you aren’t filing a claim until I receive another payment from you“ I paid for it last month and I’m only four days late for this month because I want them to fix the problem and reimburse me for all of the items that the mice have urinated and defecated on!!! I said “if I have to get my lawyer involved I will“ to which her response was “I’m about to hang up in your face. If you say the word Lawyer one more time and I have the right to talk to you the way I want to because this is my self storage!“ I told her to calm down and every American has the freedom of speech as do I so I suggested that she not talk to me in that manner of disrespect and unprofessionalism! I have the entire recording on my phone along with the transcript of the words that were said between her and I! You mean to tell me you want me to pay $140 while my things are being defecated on and urinated on by mice before I can file a claim? I really wish someone would help me out with this and tell me who can I reach out to whose an owner or to see if they have a corporate office I could possibly send my recording to because I assure you this is gonna make her lose her job!! I have never been talked to and hung up on in the middle of my statement by a manager of a storage facility in my life!! The only word that I have to to describe Elizabeth is unprofessional! I really wish I could put the recording online. I might put it on my Facebook page and expose her to the world and who they have employed and how she represents what this company!

      My wife and I turned in a storage locker size 10x15 on Sunday August 3 and sent an e-mail on August 4th. A lady called and informed me on msg. That she had to look the locker over but, should be good. I asked my wife to call to inquire about rent return. My wife went by The Storage Center and nobody was there -sign on door said closed. She called and got the answering service on the phone. They said, they would have the manager call her back. 3hours later Thomas called her back. She inquired about storage rent money return. He laughed at her and said, that the contract states no money will be returned. When, I arrived home I called. I did get Thomas and I asked about money returned. He said, like I told your wife… Per contract no money to be returned. I asked about - since I am still paying for the unit - I want access. He said, your already closed out of the account. I said, since I am still paying for the unit - I want access - he declined. I informed Thomas that my wife was upset that he laughed at her when she asked for the rental money return. Thomas said- awww come on! Thomas said, he would forward forward the contract we signed. Thomas did look up that we had this storage unit #219 since 2017. My wife looked up the contract and it does state no money to return. My wife described her dealings with Thomas as unpleasant! Me paying for a storage unit for the rest of the month and not getting money back and not having access is wrong. This seems like theft - even though contract says no money back - I should still have access to the unit that I am paying for. I did try to work this out with rude Thomas as, he wanted to talk fast and quick and over me!
