2 starsCustomer service is terrible. I ordered my windows and they came in and installed June 2023. The instal had issues and i called immediately … the windows were bent, missing part of inside frame seal. And the screens were all too short for the windows. They immediately charged me for the second half of balance that I did not authorize. Job was not completed, still is not done.
Service complaints - They delay saying ‘get you on schedule” and then they no show or cancel and want to ‘get you back on schedule’. I am rearranging my other workers to accommodate them and they no show…no call…. Every time i have been the one to call and see where they are. They do not keep you informed. They no show, then want to put you back on their schedule and it could be weeks out.
So now 3 months i have been waiting for my screens… they advised they were ordered new ones that fit. I was told they were in, i got on schedule. Then they no showed. I called and someone called me back asking what i needed done. I told him, he came back with only 2 screens were to be replaced. I told him all screens are too short, bugs can get in. On 9/8 someone finally came and got manager ***** on phone …. They advised this is screen design. The rubber gaskets were never put in they would come next day to do it….no show…So a week went by and i have messaged and called w/o response. So i called the tech that came on 8th and he said they did not have the rubber in stock and it was ordered…. When it comes in they will call me ‘to get on the schedule”. UGH they never update me the customer… i am always chasing them for answers. Lucky i had installer number b/c i still would not know what was going on. NEVER PAY IN FULL until you are completed. I was deceived (mis informed) that all new screens were coming and b/c special color i allowed the time, but now i am same place i was 2 1/2 months ago getting correct stuff ordered.Review fromStephen K

2 large windows installed. *****, sales guy, took good measurements, fit was good. Delivered and installed within time discussed. Installers showed up on time, good installation. Installers did not mess around, got right to work, stayed busy until done. Clean up inside was good, outside in bushes was a few small trim cut off pieces, minimal work to pick up. Windows look good.

I think they had better do a better job on someone's home.
We have dealing problems since they installed our windows,2 wrong sash which takes 6 weeks to get in.
Damage our siding on one window which is not fixed.
Had buy to room separate room dividers to keep us cool.
We all so had to buy a new window unit because it burnt up run 24 hours 7 days a week.
Try to contact leaving messages never get a response. They keep sending people they fix the minor problems our big problems they as of yet sent anyone to fix.
I am at the point to tell to take windows out and will find a competent company to put our windows in.Window World of Baton Rouge, LLC

Well problem is still not resolved.
Still wants us to wait 3 more weeks to do a 5-minute job.
Still very dissatisfied with the quality of work they did and the extra cost that came out of our pocket to try and stay comfortable in this heat. Left message again for Mr. ****** ******** no call back.
