    Terrible service and experience, they were extremely rude. They don't have a structured policy on how decide on purchases. They each purchase base off personal preference. You may come there and they tell you they don't buy a particular item. You may come back a couple hrs later with that same item and talk to a different person and they may buy the item. So unorganized and rude and their clothes are way overpriced. I literally saw a pair of used heels in there from the citi trends that retailed for $20 brand new and uptown cheapskate had them selling for $40 used! Don't buy/ sell here if you're smart!

    I'm very sorry that you did not have an excellent experience at our store! As with every other business right now we are experiencing a high rate of turnover with employees. It takes quite a bit of training to have everyone on the same page with buying. We do have a criteria for what we accept but it does ultimately come down to the person at the counter at the time you come in. It is actually a good thing to have different people going through items to buy because it gives a wider variety of style and taste. our average priced item is $12. If a buyer is not familiar with a brand that is not in our system it could possibly get over priced but for the most part the pricing is pretty consistent. We take pride in the fact that we offer brand-name clothing at a reduced price and that we can be green by having everyone recycle and reuse. it may be a flawed system in some aspects but compared to traditional thrift and consignment stores it is a pretty streamlined system. We take a big gamble on every item we buy because we pay cash on the spot versus consignment where you don't get paid unless the item sells. we appreciate your feedback and hope you will give us another try!

    I honestly don't blame the employees, it starts with management. Someone has to care enough about this establishment to do whatever is necessary for it to be a better experience for its customers. However, I digress, myself as well as my affiliates are very disappointed. You really should be careful how your employees handle situations as you never know who's watching and who could be a potential ally!
