    I entered into a contract with LG Foundations and repairs to enclose a patio. This was my second time working with him. First job went smoothly (extending patio concrete slab). Enclosing the patio was a bigger job. The contract was signed 10/11/2022 to start within 4-5 days, I paid half of the cost as a down payment (that was not a smart thing to do). The start date bounced back and forth because of weather or the crew was catching up on another job. This went on through the new year. I thought I would have an enclosed patio by Thanksgiving. After the new year my calls were not answered, voice mail and text message responses were not answered. He left a voice message sometime in February 2023 (a Thursday) that said he would be out on Tuesday. I thought, "great, I am finally going to get this done". Unfortunately rain chances were high everyday the next week. That was the last I heard from him. All messages and calls, were ignored.

    Contacted **** at LG Foundation to extend our back patio. They began the process October 3rd and poured the concrete a few days later. After the concrete was poured (not finished, just poured) **** demanded the second half of the payment because he "needed to pay his guys." He said he would be back in a few days and never showed. **** was contacted MANY times by phone and text and when he did answer then his response was "we're busy but we'll get someone there." Even spoke with another guy named **** about the situation and still nothing was ever done. There is concrete ALL OVER the brick and the stucco on our house. We were quoted $16k by another company to have the concrete removed from the brick and stucco. The concrete that was poured is un even and holds water. We also brought that to ****'s attention and he said there's nothing he can do about it. Nobody ever came back to power wash the concrete or clean the concrete off of our house which is now stuck permanently to it and will not come off. We need the job finished or reimbursed for this nonsense so that we can pay someone else to do it correctly. I have screenshots of messages between **** and my husband if those are needed as well as phone call records when **** and **** were contacted by him. I also have the contract copy if that is needed as well. I have attached pictures of the stucco and brick.
