    Luis was contracted to do my roof. Had issues from the start. I have roof damage only have a year. They are not taking my calls for warranty consideration. DO NOT USE.

    They supposedly guarantee their work for 10 years. Read tgeat guarantee closely. It says “up to” 10 years. They did about 15 holes. Three doors still wont close, and you can literally FEEL the floor slope in a bedroom. luis has either simply not answered texts (for a written record), or he says “next week…” and never shows. Stay away. I guess I will have to lawyer up. The I worry that he will sabotage things that are in the slab.

    Luis ******** came to give us a quote on concrete slab for Back yard. We thought he was an honest person, but he scammed us, we have half deposit in October 2022 . He never showed up. We called him , we text him & he replied he's been busy with options or the weather is bad or I'll come in 2 days and still a no show. We are now in Feb 2023.
    Mr Luis Never did the job and we want our 2,000 deposit returned
    He basically scammed us & took our money. Very disappointed in this contractor.

    The owner came to my house to discuss putting in a french drain. During every rain big or small water was coming in to my attached store room. We discussed exactly what he would do to fix my problem. He wanted to start Thanksgiving 2022 day and I said to wait until December. December came had I had many conversations and states that he would come on this day but no dice. When he did show up to do the work, he and his crew did an excellent job. He even modified the project at my request. The work was completed and we have gone thru two weeks of heavy rain and no problem. The water is flowing thru the discharge pipe as it should. Very happy with completed work. Thanks
