BBB files indicate that this business has a pattern of complaints concerning Refund/Exchange Issues, Billing or Collection Issues, Customer Service Issues, Delivery Issues, Repair Issues and Service Issues. On January 2, 2025 the BBB submitted a written request to the company encouraging them to address the pattern of complaints. We are awaiting the business's response. A second notice was sent to the business on January 13, 2025. The Business has responded and agreed to take the following action. The business is in the process of completing new Policies. Our new Policy states that Residential accounts will be closed effective when the customer requests their last pickup to be. The policy also states the container will be removed within 5 business days.
