      I signed a seven year contract for termite service with this company last year. This year my annual termite inspection was scheduled for May 22. No one ever showed up or called. In the two weeks since I have called the company numerous times to reschedule and was told each time that someone would call me to do this; no one ever has. Have also e-mailed them to no avail. The online reviews for this company show that many other people are having the same problem as me with this company. I paid them $1300 for the initial treatment last year and $275 this year for the annual inspection.

      I have been a customer for ********************** since 2018. I started with them because a friend referred me to a very good technician. Ever since he retired in 2019. I have gone through five technicians between termite service and pest control, because they no longer work for the company and I wondered what happened. A lot seemed to have changed. I am writing a complaint because its impossible to reach to the office without getting into the corporate line that dont know what I am talking about and has no control over anything. Here is the deal:I was charged for termite renewal on my account. I was charged ahead before they actually came to perform the service. It happened with the initial termite treatment. No one came and I know no one came before I was on vacation. It was on my bill. I thought ok. I will let it slide one time. A technician came last fall, did the service, we wrote a check. Its done. Over, no big deal. They did that again this year. We were on vacation. They put the service on the bill *** of the sudden I was sent to collection because they billed me without me even knowing that the service needs to be perform. So a technician knocked on my door. Didnt even call or schedule. Asked if he could treat my house I said I needed to talk to the office why the billed me before he came. Finally I thought fine I will pay and called to schedule him three weeks ago. Never came. This morning I called to schedule. **************** from somewhere in the state (the ********* office used to answer), technician wont come because everything is put on hold because its in collection. But how should that bill be in collection if the service was not performed. The company used to be local, phone staff were friendly. Technician was policy. *********** is terrible. BBB website said they had a A+ rating, phone number isnt even working. All I need is talk to someone from the local office, like it used to be, they were so friendly and helpful. At least hear my complaint.

      I had pest control services with Ja-Roy Pest Control in 2022 that included quarterly maintenance spraying (Account number ***************. I called in 2022 to request a spray for Army Worms and never received any additional charges other than the normal quarterly bill in the amount of $85 per quarter. In 2023 I called to request a spray for Army Worms and then received an additional bill for $125. If I'd known there would be an additional charge I wouldn't have had the service. I am seeking a billing adjustment of $125.
